Not bad, got some really good ones, they are just too short. That’s really the only problem. I’ve had well until today. I tried to do some more and it won’t upload the photos. I’ve been using for the last three or four days. And then I tried to just do text to video and explain my video with the pictures I wanted in the frames and it says it can’t. Load or something like that so I don’t know what’s wrong but I’d like to reach you guys at five yesterday. It would’ve been a five but today I pay for your website or subscription and I can’t get it to do anything.

It’s perfect for bringing my main characters, Aegis and Cypher, to life with dynamic, high-end visuals, especially since it handles specific creative constraints, like generating action-packed scenes with zero weapons, flawlessly. My current workflow relies heavily on Pika for generating the actual visual foundations, where the AI is absolutely spot-on. However, because AI text generation can still hallucinate and misspell words when creating video, my go-to process is to pair it with CapCut to handle all of the precise text overlays. This hybrid approach gives me the best of both worlds: stunning, accurate imagery from Pika and clean, reliable text formatting from CapCut. Five stars—highly recommend for any creator looking to elevate their digital universe!

1/5Helpdesk is horrible, nothing but error messages
I am brand new to this community. I have been trying for two days to upload photos and a verbal prompt to create a 10 second AI video, and keep getting the same error every time: “Please Try Again. Due to high server load, the service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later some time.“ I have tried over and over dozens of times to change out the images, try different verbal prompts, try different AI models, even tried different voices. Every time it’s just one big failure after the next. I’m even doing it over high-speed home Internet. I’ve tried it on three different devices. Every time I write customer support, they tell me to “change the image” and I send them screenshots of proof and tell them that I’ve done it dozens of times and it makes no difference. They refuse to help me in any meaningful way or fix it. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to leave, but it looks like I have no choice. I’ll have to ask Apple for a refund for my year subscription since they don’t seem to be willing to offer it.

5/5Prompting Issues
The good news is that when it works, Pika performs very well. Unfortunately, that’s rare. As others have mentioned, the AI is programmed to block certain language as “severe policy violations.” The app doesn’t provide feedback to tell you what triggered the violation, so you have to try again and wait a minute to see if you got it right. Often prompts that worked previously will be blocked the next time you try to use them. Also, you can’t iterate to improve your video. You have a limit to how many videos you can create a day, and if it doesn’t come out the way you like, tough luck. I wouldn’t recommend the app in its present form. ***UPDATE*** If prompting becomes an issue, is it did with Veo, try a different model. That usually clears things up. The clips might take longer to generate, but are often better quality due to improved prompt flexibility. Was able to resolve my issue with a prompt response from the developer.
