5/5They actually fixed it
I had trouble logging in using my password app and they actually fixed it and added Face ID support. The app is good enough once you’re in and now I can actually get in.

3/5Nice app; needs work
I love the convenience of the app; the ease of communication with my doctor is awesome. However: 1. The app seems to have a limit on the message size. My big complaint here: it gives you a generic failed to send error but doesn’t tell you why. If I break up my message into several chunks, it goes through. I expect that there is a hidden limit on the message size. Assuming that’s true, I need that limit greatly expanded, and a display of characters used vs available. 2. Does not support FaceID and doesn’t support any other authentication. I’d like to see it support FaceID and a third party 2-factor authenticator like Authy, Google, or Microsoft. 3. Is like to see a reply option to emails 4. I’d like to be able to choose which person I am responding to. My only choice is my primary doctor - but I see a different doctor in the office and I can’t reach out to get directly. I also can’t reach out to the front office staff - this means I have to call in or go through my doctor to talk to them — that’s a waste of her time & my time. 5. I’d like to see that attachments kept in a repository where I could go find them easily to reread.

2/5UI has these specific bugs
1. Unable to attach photos in messages to my doctor due to a bug: when I click the paper clip icon, I am asked to "Take Photo" or "Choose from Library" -- both options simply result in no action nor response from the UI, thus it is currently impossible to attach photos until this bug is fixed. 2. When composing a message, the "Send" and "Cancel" buttons must have a very tiny active click area because it is very difficult to accurately click these to make them fire the clicked event. These buttons need to be much larger. 3. Related to (1) above: the app does not support attaching photos to reply messages within a thread -- you can attach only to the first message (and of course, it's impossible to attach photos in the current state of this app as noted in (1) above)

3/5Lots of room for improvement
1. Please add either face verification or the option to save your username/pw. So annoying to have to log in every time. 2. Booking page requires you to log in to the webpage through a browser. The point of using an app is to not have to use the browser. 3. It would be helpful if the Booking page in the app listed any upcoming appointments. 4. It would be helpful if there was a page for labs/results and a page for office visit summaries, rather than having to scroll through the inbox and try to find what you’re looking for.

1/5Unable to login to more than one practice
My 2 kids see the same doctor at one doctor’s office and I see another doctor at a different office. I can receive the SMS notifications from my doctor, but can only login to the app and communicate with my oldest child’s doctor. I can only login and see ONE of my child’s accounts. Even if the app can do this, that I can’t figure out how to connect all 3 of our individual contacts under the same family account is ridiculous. I manage databases and work in IT. This app is not user friendly enough for a family to easily manage their medical care (or for doctors offices to understand how to correctly setup emails that may already be set up with other practices, whichever side it needs to come from)

Patient Passport has a new look and new features. Your existing login still works. You do not need to create a new account. What's new: • Setting up your account takes less than two minutes. Once you're signed in, you can use Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing a password each time • A simpler home screen with your appointments, messages, and health records • See all your upcoming and past appointments in one place. Depending on your provider's settings, you may also be able to cancel an upcoming appointment • Access more than one patient chart with a single login. Your provider's office must set this up for you • Choose your preferred language. English, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Tagalog, and Vietnamese are supported • See a list of all your past visit summaries and read the details of each one • View and download your health summary, medications, allergies, and vaccines. Records your provider shares with you, such as lab results or forms, are also here • Download and print your immunization history as a standalone document • Attach files to messages you send to your care team, such as photos or forms. Depending on your provider's settings, you may also be able to start a new message • Update your password, email address, and phone number from Account Settings • Update your preferred name, pronouns, gender identity, contact information, and emergency contact. Your legal name, date of birth, and sex at birth can only be updated by your provider's office (edited)
