1. 3/5I love the app, I just wish it was more consistent.

   Overall, I wouldn’t survive without this app. It’s so beneficial for my preschooler to visually track her bus in the morning as well as for me to let me know if I need to wake her up early. When to walk to the bus stop so I’m not standing in the heat, etc. Over the past year I’ve seen the app improve and crash less, have less bugs, etc. I feel confident the cons can be addressed. This app is one of the most user friendly ones out there in my opinion. With that being said, there is delay sometimes. The bus will arrive and it hasn’t moved on the app from the start point. It will be late, but won’t update arrival time in real time. That one is just a problem for my autistic preschooler who has learned how to tell time and expects a rigid schedule. But it would be nice if it were able to track a bit more efficiently. I get logged out often. I also think you should be able to add people to a child so that grandparents can track the child or fathers (even if it’s just a 24hr link) so that log in doesn’t have to be shared. Or make it to where it doesn’t log you out when it senses a log in from another device. It would also be nice if a communication aspect were added for driver and parent: an absent button. That way they aren’t wasting time, and they can avoid honking outside the house at 6am

2. 3/5Useful but definitely needs some updates

   I’ve been using this app for the last three years because of the school district that I am in. I have two kids on the school bus. Currently one that I have to drop off to School. When all three of my kids were using the school bus in our district. It worked OK but my only issue with this is that it doesn’t give any updates. If there was a substitute driver using a different bus so I’m literally having to wait either outside looking for the bus or my kids are going to school super late. I really think that there should be a way to update it. If there is a substitute, Bus Driver, especially since we don’t really get notifications of there being a sub bus driver until the day off. And there should be an update of some of how to fix these glitches because sometimes it shows the buses all the way on the other side of the water in a different country. Other times. It shows the bus being somewhere completely different and not being in the area close by my house when it’s actually two minutes down the street. Other glitches that I’ve noticed is that sometimes it’ll show that I have no students on the bus, even though I have two that rise of us currently and I really think there should be an update if the bus is going Late instead of the designated drop off off and pick up times.

3. 3/5Nice- when it works

   The idea of this app is great, and when it actually works- it’s wonderful to be able to see where the bus is and how close/far away it is from our pick up/drop off location. That said, I have to log out, then sign back in 4 out of 5 times each week due to the message I receive upon opening the app each morning stating I have no students scheduled for pick up. It is annoying to have to do so, and it’s annoying that it doesn’t have the face recognition or stored password option, causing me to have to type in my password each time. It would also be nice if there were a feature to give more than one distance notification for pick-up/drop/off point. If the app didn’t have these glitches, I would give it 5 stars, but since the point of the app is to make life easier by offering insight in bus/student location, the inconvenience of the inconsistent reliability makes it inconvenient, causing us to take even MORE time than we otherwise would when anticipating the bus arrival each day.

4. 2/5Great concept, poor execution

   Tl;dr: the app works as it should 15% of the time within the calculated review period (the most recent 10 days). This app is supposed to track your kids while on the bus to/from school. Out of the past 10 days, the app has functioned as it should for 2 separate routes (out of 20). Issues include the app removing my children from any route but kept sending push notifications for route changes and when the child entered the bus (note it was enter only and not a drop off notification). The randomly removes and adds them at different times, and once removed it’s 50-50 odds they will be added back in a later app restart or if I have to re-add the information again. When there is child information showing as loaded, the bus information may or may not be present. Out of the past 10 days, tracking of the bus has worked in two different travel routes on two different days - not ideal when you’re trying to catch the bus in the morning and when you’re expecting your kid at the bus stop in the afternoon but there’s no bus within 10mins of the designated time. Tracking issues include: no bus assignment (therefore no bus to be tracked), GPS not functional, and the bus being tracked in app is not the bus the child is assigned to (THIS particular instance has occurred at least 4 times in the 10 day timespan). Great concept for an app, but reality is it not functional.

5. 3/5Please fix possible bug!!

   The app has been very useful when wanting to see exactly where the bus is located, as its intended purpose. But it is so frustrating when the bus location does not update! Example: At 7:57AM, Bus last update is shown at prior school for scheduled drop off before heading to the next bus stop. Bus is scheduled to be at that stop by 8:05-8:06. At 8:08, it still shows it’s at the previous school, although the bus has already picked up the kids. Even after refreshing, logging out, and closing the app multiple times, it does not change the bus location!! My kids have missed the bus a few times because it came early and I couldn’t see exactly where the bus was. Other times it won’t show the bus at the school or bus stops, but shows where they get maintenance the day before because it hasn’t updated. It’s so annoying!!!! Please fix!!!!
