   If you are here, your school has decided to use this app. They have clearly not looked at the reviews and do not realize by selecting this app, you will be subjected to frustration after frustration. I use this app to track my child’s bus location. To do this, you have to add your child to the list. Once in, you are able to see the bus’s location. Then you try to go in the next day and maybe it works again, but maybe it forgot all your child’s information and you now need to renter it. This cycle continues until one day you have been exited from the app completely and need to log in again. Maybe that works. Maybe you can’t remember your password. So you try “forgot password” and that function only replies with “can not communicate with server”. So you use an alternate email, register again, add your child’s information, and the cycle starts over. This app is garbage. You would hope that it would be fixed with the amount of negative reviews or at least your school would have chosen something better…but if you are here, they did not. And I am sorry for your loss.

2. 1/5Horrible and worst app

   Our school district also decided to use this app. Pretty sure they didn’t do a dry run or read the reviews or they wouldn’t have gone ahead with rolling this out. App is glitchy to thr worst end possible. I cannot fathom why they would make such an app. I have never had my elementary kid come alone from bus stop to home and thanks to this, she had to walk alone to our surprise due to wrong notifications and sometimes NO NOTIFICATION at all. At times when it does give alerts it is about other bus trips before and after our trip. It is so annoying even after changing the radius settings. More than half of the times our bus don’t show it it shows for one second and then says “gps details not available or something”. I have to spend good 30 minutes outside at bus stop to make sure I can safely get to my kid at the bus stop. This is not just an app problem. School is going through driver issues too but still app just cannot keep updated with bus number and trips. This app will just increase your anxiety multi Fold if school also keeps changing bus and trips and app perhaps does not have a way to handle it.

3. 3/5Useful but definitely needs some updates

   I’ve been using this app for the last three years because of the school district that I am in. I have two kids on the school bus. Currently one that I have to drop off to School. When all three of my kids were using the school bus in our district. It worked OK but my only issue with this is that it doesn’t give any updates. If there was a substitute driver using a different bus so I’m literally having to wait either outside looking for the bus or my kids are going to school super late. I really think that there should be a way to update it. If there is a substitute, Bus Driver, especially since we don’t really get notifications of there being a sub bus driver until the day off. And there should be an update of some of how to fix these glitches because sometimes it shows the buses all the way on the other side of the water in a different country. Other times. It shows the bus being somewhere completely different and not being in the area close by my house when it’s actually two minutes down the street. Other glitches that I’ve noticed is that sometimes it’ll show that I have no students on the bus, even though I have two that rise of us currently and I really think there should be an update if the bus is going Late instead of the designated drop off off and pick up times.

4. 3/5Nice- when it works

   The idea of this app is great, and when it actually works- it’s wonderful to be able to see where the bus is and how close/far away it is from our pick up/drop off location. That said, I have to log out, then sign back in 4 out of 5 times each week due to the message I receive upon opening the app each morning stating I have no students scheduled for pick up. It is annoying to have to do so, and it’s annoying that it doesn’t have the face recognition or stored password option, causing me to have to type in my password each time. It would also be nice if there were a feature to give more than one distance notification for pick-up/drop/off point. If the app didn’t have these glitches, I would give it 5 stars, but since the point of the app is to make life easier by offering insight in bus/student location, the inconvenience of the inconsistent reliability makes it inconvenient, causing us to take even MORE time than we otherwise would when anticipating the bus arrival each day.

5. 3/5I love the app, I just wish it was more consistent.

   Overall, I wouldn’t survive without this app. It’s so beneficial for my preschooler to visually track her bus in the morning as well as for me to let me know if I need to wake her up early. When to walk to the bus stop so I’m not standing in the heat, etc. Over the past year I’ve seen the app improve and crash less, have less bugs, etc. I feel confident the cons can be addressed. This app is one of the most user friendly ones out there in my opinion. With that being said, there is delay sometimes. The bus will arrive and it hasn’t moved on the app from the start point. It will be late, but won’t update arrival time in real time. That one is just a problem for my autistic preschooler who has learned how to tell time and expects a rigid schedule. But it would be nice if it were able to track a bit more efficiently. I get logged out often. I also think you should be able to add people to a child so that grandparents can track the child or fathers (even if it’s just a 24hr link) so that log in doesn’t have to be shared. Or make it to where it doesn’t log you out when it senses a log in from another device. It would also be nice if a communication aspect were added for driver and parent: an absent button. That way they aren’t wasting time, and they can avoid honking outside the house at 6am
