1. 5/5Don’t waste your time !!

   Only giving 5 stars so my review can be front and center. At first this app was amazing. The first one to experience issues was my boyfriend. He completed an offer and had to wait 7 days to get rewarded $70. Day 7 comes around the money is rewarded to him …. Great …. Except no matter what he did he could not redeem his earnings. Kept telling him there was a technical error to contact support. Issue with that is when he went to do so it wouldn’t even allow him to create a ticket to contact support. So he went to Earn Star desktop and emailed customer support. It’s been 2 days and he still hasn’t got a response. Now here comes my issue. Today I randomly go check my progress on one of the offers open my app and there’s a large sad face saying “ Due to recurring complaints about the quality of your responses you can’t take more surveys forever.” I don’t even take surveys ….. so I go click on the offers same face pops up and “you can’t take more games forever.” Mind you forever is the only word in bright red???? Go to ask what is happening. No response ….. they’re usually instant with responses. I guess when they figure you’ve made enough money they disable your account for no apparent reason or make it impossible to Withdraw your funds ……

2. 5/5Extremely Pleasantly Surprised!

   I’ve been looking through an obscene number of money making apps, and after months, I can confidently say that this one is my favourite. Not only is there a variety of games to choose from, but nearly all of them have been enjoyable, too. There are also mini rewards given when you reach a certain amount of money, which I was able to earn an extra 5 dollars from in about two seconds. It certainly won’t pay the bills, but with playing games extremely leisurely for about a month or so, I was able to cash out 20$. They have loads of ways to cash out, too. Not only this, but the few surveys I took were actually enjoyable (listening to music and reporting my favourite radio stations…Seriously, that was it.), and paid out well!! I’m extremely grateful to have happened upon this app, and plan to continue usage of it. I think the only complaint I can give is that sometimes there are technical difficulties (opening the app and loading improperly, for example. But this is fixed with a simple refresh). Overall, an incredible app, and—in my opinion—the best out there. I highly doubt you’ll be disappointed!

3. 1/5This is a complete SCAM!!!

   Now I really try not to write reviews until I get the full experience. However, I had very high hopes for this app and I am very disappointed. First off the customer service team are frauds and now I can truly say that this app is rigged. I downloaded a game and made sure that I allowed the tracking. I noticed that the app showed in my recently downloaded apps. But I also noticed none of my progress was showing. After contacting customer service they ensured me that I needed to allow 72 hours before I would see any progress in the app. So I sat and waited patiently while still playing the game. Even though I’d already started playing the game days before contacting them. So I thought to myself maybe it’s just going to take time because l was getting through the levels pretty fast. However, I wait an additional 3 days to see if any progress will show. lol to my surprise, absolutely nothing came up. So I contact customer service again and provide proof on top of proof only for them to tell me immediately that the third party wasn’t able to track it and it was nothing that could be done. Now, I ask for a supervisor the “Supervisor” messages right away saying the same thing after claiming that they did a thorough investigation less than 10 minutes of me requesting. That’s very fraudulent behavior and I will tell anyone that it’s not worth wasting your time. They never intended on helping me and an investigation was never done. This app should be banned!!

4. 1/5Not worth the hassle

   I downloaded this app out of curiosity because I have experience with similar apps that have paid out and wanted to see how this one compared. They offered a $5 bonus so I thought it was worth checking out. I started with the survey’s and only made a few cents because I kept getting notifications that the survey was closed each time I would try one… so not much luck there. I moved on to the games but only tried one because it wasn’t recording or crediting me for milestones I achieved. I downloaded the game directly from the app, which redirected me to the Apple Store app. I acknowledged all of the tracking and notification requests with a yes and proceeded to play the game. Once I noticed I wasn’t being rewarded I sent a message to the help desk to ask why. They responded very quickly but when I didn’t see the message and respond back right away they closed the ticket. I sent another message asking why and they just replied with a message stating it takes up to three days to credit and to reach out if it hasn’t been done after the 3 day period. That’s fine, but I’ve never had that problem with any of the other apps. And I refuse to put 3 days into a game and find out it was for nothing or be told there was some other reason they won’t credit you properly. This is just my experience and if you choose to try it hopefully yours will be better. But I checked again today and still nothing, not even in my history. So I’ve deleted it and won’t be wasting any more time on this app. Good luck to everyone!

5. 5/5Don’t waste your time like I did

   Only did 5 stars so that it’s seen, but it’s really a 1star or zero stars. I have been on this app for a little bit now. I liked it at first, then all of a sudden when I start reaching the higher paying goals, all of a sudden it stops tracking you. I was playing merge cruise, completed 10other goals for the same game(small small payouts) and once I finally reached level 41(which was two weeks after the last goal and a $5.15 goal) I hadn’t received my reward. I always got it within minutes so when I hadn’t had it in over 24hours I went ahead and wrote support. Wasted time again. They told me they could see I reached the goal on the game however the game hasn’t tracked it yet and I needed to give it 72 hours. So I message 72 hours later and support said I was still within the 48hours and I needed to wait 72. I explained to them that I messaged them after 24hrs and that it had been over 48 hours since the message and then continued on with so it’s been over 72 hours now since I reached the goal. They responded back with oh I’m sorry but we can’t compensate you for that goal because it didn’t track. I told them I wasted my time for nothing. That if they had good customer service they’d ask for the screen recording(which they didn’t) and then pay for the goal earned and then tell me to not play the game anymore. But nope. They said unfortunately they can’t give me the money for it but to please explore other games in there app. Why??? So I can waste my time again for two weeks. I play on testerup and on kashkick and I absolutely love both of those. It has also happened on those two apps with tracking issues before, but they always ask for the screen recording, verify that I made the goal, pay me for that goal, and suggest to not play the game because it won’t track anything else. This app could do the same but chooses not to because they have poor customer service.
