"body": "This app is perfect for keeping in touch and taking more photos. I think it’s a really cute idea, and it doesn’t take up too much storage. The only problem is that if you loose your streak but you took a picture that day and just didn’t post it, it won’t let you go and post it in that date, which is a little frustrating. Other then that, it’s a good quality app and I use it all the time!",

"body": "UPDATE: customer service asked me to reach out to them regarding my issue so I did. They tested the link and it worked for them so they declined a partial refund for the lack of performance stating reasons that didn’t apply to me. I will not be using them for my upcoming events. I was originally between this app and another one- I recommend utilizing the other one. I removed my original 2 stars down to 1 simply for the lack of resolution. Original Review: I purchased one of the 12-month premium packages where guests can upload pics and videos was about $40. My guests had difficulty uploading to the app. Most said it never loaded or their photos and videos took too long to upload that it timed out, even being on WiFi. Waste of my money and time honestly to create this.",

"body": "The app crashes at times, loading on some memories are laggy, and the pictures are not deleted from your phone gallery. HOWEVER, looking past these minor things, I love the concept. The organization is amazing, and the collaboration aspect of it is to adore! Me and my friends aren’t good with sending pictures of each other over so this really does help. I’m sure you could organize you pictures on your own device and share the album but this is perfect for those that do not have the same device’s!",

"body": "Besides the lagginess and barely being able to tell if I’m actually uploading photos or not, the concept of the app is really nice. I do think the developers need to work on the bugs and unfortunately I would prefer using POV over Dots. When using this app for a wedding it makes it a bit hard just because of the bugs because the bride and groom want to see all the memories asap, now everyone’s stressed trying to get pictures to everyone lol. But seriously lovely concept lovely app just needs a few fixes. ❤️",
