   I am a tourist from USA and this app came out to be so much easier and cheaper then renting because of the free parking and gas! Extremely user friendly app, amazing customer support and very decent cars! Highly recommend!!! Thank you! P. S. If you are using a foreign drivers license, make sure to go to a notary and get a legalized translation. Russian law requires it to drive.

   This service is nothing more than a scam. From the very beginning, Delimobil fails to provide transparent pricing, conveniently omitting essential information that can significantly affect the final cost. This deliberate lack of clarity raises suspicions about their integrity and suggests a calculated attempt to exploit unsuspecting customers. Upon discovering the real price hidden behind convoluted terms and conditions, I was left astonished by the exorbitant charges that far exceeded initial expectations. Furthermore, Delimobil's customer service is abysmal, bordering on outright negligence. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to my concerns, dismissing my inquiries with dismissive and condescending remarks. It became evident that they intentionally ignored client requests, potentially setting the stage for future fines and penalties. This utter lack of professionalism is inexcusable and tarnishes the reputation of the entire company. To add insult to injury, Delimobil engages in a reprehensible overcharging scheme. After returning the vehicle, I was hit with unexpected charges that were neither justified nor communicated during the rental process. When I attempted to dispute these charges, the customer service representatives displayed a complete lack of empathy and failed to provide any meaningful resolution. It was a clear indication that their intention was to exploit customers for financial gain, rather than fostering a fair and honest business relationship. It is deeply disheartening to witness a rental car service operate with such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.

   That's promo for 20$ REF3GIR Their customer service is also quite poor, but a lot of available cars This isn’t the best carsharing service in Russia, but if you’re staying in Russia for more than two weeks, I recommend registering for every carsharing service available. Sometimes, one service might not have available cars, or the prices could be too high, so having multiple options helps. However, with Delimobile, be careful with taxes—they’re very strict about it, and you might have to prove you didn’t do anything wrong. Their customer service is also quite poor—they often try to shift the blame onto you instead of helping. Good luck! Don’t trust them😊

   I can’t check out the app if I haven’t put all my information and my credit card. Then to terminate my account I have to SEND AN EMAIL!!! Then they will send me A FORM I HAVE TO FILL IN. I have never encountered an app that asks to fill in a form to stop the service. I don’t have to spend time to do this.

   Provided all my personal information and they didn’t approve my account with no any reason! And now in order to delete my personal information they are asking for a special form with ADDITIONAL personal information to be filled in and sent to them via mail or email !! Support didn’t want to help. Awful service…avoid this app.
