1. 3/5App Freezing Issues

   Just gotta get this out of the way: some of y’all are really dumb coming on here and complaining about your order issues from a particular store, or that a certain item was not available, or how long your wait was…etc. That is NOT the app’s fault! 🙄 That’s your specific store location’s issue. Add your review to that specific DQ’s location on Google reviews, not the freaking App Store. The app creators cannot fix your 20 minute wait or some poor customer service - SMH 😑 Anyway, with the APP itself, I’ve noticed that when I click on a notification (like a new deal is available that week, for example) and it directs me to the app, the app freezes on the blue loading screen and never pulls up the rest of the app to use and you have to kill it. And then even after killing it and opening it back up, it still doesn’t load to actually use the app - it just stays frozen on the blue loading screen. I actually just deleted the app and re-installed it to try and get that to work, and it asked me to login. So I did, but now it’s permanently loading on the login screen and won’t put me through to the app. So I think it just needs some performance & bug fixes somewhere.

2. 2/5Keep changing everything

   At first I thought the app was great I was able to order food before work for breakfast and pick up without waiting. Only issue at first was with a “chicken and gravy biscuit” I don’t like gravy so I prefer just a chicken strip biscuit. Well when you select the biscuit it give you the “add/remove” option. Well that’s all great amd al except you can’t remove the gravy. You can’t remove anything you can only add things to it. Then a few weeks ago they changed the whole layout of the app. It takes more reward points to claim some of the same items for example you could get a 4 piece chicken basket for 500 points now it’s 600 or 750 if I remember correctly and also raised the price on some items (particularly the bacon biscuit twin pack which I started getting every morning and have been daily for well over a year now. That’s fine whatever but this morning get in my truck to go to work I get on the app go to the “recent orders” I choose my biscuit twin pack. Lets me put it in the bag but when I go to pay and confirm for pickup it keeps saying unavailable. I go back and go to the menu click on food and look well now you can’t order just a bacon egg and cheese, chicken biscuit, ect. All you can order is a biscuit sandwich combo. I don’t want a combo. I want just a bacon biscuit I don’t want the bacon biscuits along with a drink and hash brown. So what used to cost a little over $4 tax and all now cost over $6 before tax. So needless to say lost my business.

3. 1/5Won’t be back to this location

   The people here are very rude. I placed a mobile order and it was pouring rain. The young girl at the drive-through told me that I needed to circle back around because my order had not pulled up yet. I circled back around the drive-through and when I pulled up, she said I told you you needed to come inside to pick up your order. She was very rude and again it was pouring rain and I had my newborn son in the back seat and explain to her that I was coming through the drive-through for that purpose so that I did not have to get him out in the rain. She said well the next time you need to make sure that you listen to my instructions and you need to figure out how to order appropriately in the app and do a drive-through order instead of a pick up inside order, this is the second time I have dealt with someone being rude at this location. Previously, they had forgot to make my order and I was sitting in the drive-through for nearly 10 minutes and had to blow my horn to get someone to come back to the window and told them that they were missing half of my order. Clearly, they need to get their stuff together and be more careful about who they hire or get a new manager that is going to take care of this and not allow their staff to be rude to their customers. I will not be back to this location in Athens, Tennessee again. I will go to the dairy barn or the grocery store before I ever step foot back on this property.

4. 1/5Horrible mobile order experience!👎

   I placed a mobile order via my phone & then proceeded to follow the directions provided about having to go inside to pickup my order.. I would have much rather gone through the drive thru, but again the app instructed me to go inside for pickup… Once inside, there was no pickup area or signage on where to pick up the mobile order, thus I was forced to wait in a line that was 8-10 people deep! After 20 mins waiting in the line, I finally got an opportunity to ask where I could pick up my mobile order! I can’t believe what happened next… They couldn’t find my mobile order & kept coming by every few minutes & asking me the same question: “What is the name w/ my order!!! After the 3rd time, they finally came up to the counter w/ my order! Now it was 25 minutes past the time I entered the building (I entered the building when the app instructed me to). By this time, everyone that was in front of me had literally ordered & got their food/ice cream and left! I couldn’t believe it!! Then after I complained about the wait & screw up on their end, they said next time come through the drive thru for the mobile order & then rushed off! I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK! We have options in town & from now on it’s “Frozen Gold” which is right down the street!

   I placed my order online and was told it would be ready at a certain time. I get there at that time and not only is the order not ready, it hasn’t been started. I initially placed the order to pick it up through drive-through but when I saw the line was around the building, I went inside And I should have known that they were having issues when the cashier took the guests order in front of me, and then immediately after giving him his change went into the kitchen to become the cook. I would not have had an issue with a lot of this because I understand the business and The employees on were trying their best despite being overwhelmed, but the problem I had was that I paid extra for the large cheese curds, and when I was finally handed my order almost a half hour after the expected time I was getting ready to leave when I checked the bag to make sure everything was there and they were missing. I asked the what appeared to be person in charge and she said “oh we were out of cheese curds so I just gave you an order of french fries”. I was never told that ahead of time or offered any type of discount or anything for the extra expense that I paid And the fact that they weren’t even going to tell me about it and try to sneak it past me is what gets me the most.

   When the app decides to work its great, but when you try to pay for your order and the system keeps refusing your payment it's a waste of time.
