   So you’ve looked at the most critical comments on this app, and you immediately saw the very angry report that claims that Finch is so much more better. The thing is though, finch and daily bean are two different things. If you really want to battle say your depression, this app isn’t the best. It’s only a mood tracker and you don’t always get rewards. Yes, ads are very annoying but this app still needs to make its own share of money. On instagram, this app is very active, giving reports and setting up contests that have big prizes like apple air pods. The daily bean team is actually quite friendly but since this app is still growing (very quickly though) you may not find anyone with the app. But finch does have a huge community. There are a lot more things to do daily and more accessible FREE things to do. No adds in the finch app. Just pure time with your Birb. As the angry review does claim that finch is better, I have the app. I’ve watched it grow in just a matter of weeks. Finch really is better if you want an active app. At first it may not be exciting but soon your Birb starts to grow on you. Thank you for reading this review, I know this is very long but I really hope you find it useful! Oh? And why the one star? What did daily bean ever do to me? Nothing. It’s a cute app. I like it. I just can’t help but see how people react to this app. Hatred. Most people only click on the most critical comments. For my message to get out there, it has to be in the critical comments section. 2. 3/5Decent app, cute but could be better.

   DailyBean is a very cute app, it’s interactive and allows you to record as much of your day or as little in just a few taps. It’s got a really nice layout and it’s a great way to keep track of your mood. I use it for therapy instead of a diary card. However, I didn’t like the newer update. In order to change the beans, you watch an ad and usually only get 5— and all the beans cost 300+. Plus, you can only watch one ad a day to get the “clovers” for the beans. The loading also got significantly worse following the newer update. It can take up to a minute to load which isn’t bad, but when I’m in a hurry to just log the day without much detail it slows me down. The ads are also really annoying. Every day that you want to log or every time you want to edit a daily log you have to watch 1-2 ads. Sometimes the ads take up to a minute to even load then additional time for the ad to run. When I’m trying to log several days, this really sort of ruins it for me. It also doesn’t sync over multiple devices, you can only be signed in on one at a time. Not a big issue, the ads and loading lag are the most annoying. If you find ads and stuff like that annoying I don’t recommend but if you can tolerate it every day and need a good way to keep track of habits, places you went, activities, notes of the day, photos, etc, DailyBean is good. I don’t have the pro version which unlocks more features so I can’t give information on that but it seems pretty decent tbh. 3-3.5/5

3. 5/5Aesthetic! One recommendation-

   I think this is a really nice way to track your health! I’m not going to go too much into, but the themes are really aesthetic- I’m saving up for the ocean one cause it’s vibe makes me nostalgic and gives me happy feels 😭 as of right now, the ads aren’t excessive! They only pop up on your daily two ads you CHOOSE to watch for clovers, either the lucky clover thing on a range of 1-100 beans, or five beans. I find that I am yet to get 100 but my sister did :0 the other ads pop up right after you track your day. The one annoying thing about this is if you change it many times throughout you have to watch an ad each time you save your changes. Recommendation!! The app does have an option for making your own icons to track, but they have a limited number of icon picture to choose from- specifically for emotions. They have lots don’t get me wrong, but the one thing I feel is limited is the number of emotions you can choose from. And as I was starting to say, you can make your own technically, but there aren’t too many that like idk match the other icons?? There are faces, but I feel the app would benefit with just like a row or two more of default emotion options- every day I feel slightly limited on that front. lol thats it ig. You should get the app! It’s chill :) ✨🌈

4. 5/5First app I’ve ever had with no ads

   I absolutely love this app. My therapist told me that I have to have a daily journal for my emotions and I saw this one and I’ve been in love ever since it doesn’t pop up with crazy ads when you try filling it out and it most certainly doesn’t bug you and constantly remind you about how there’s a VIP version that you can get it for just this much money. It really really does care about your emotions and how they can help. I also very much cares about your sleep schedule and asks you about how much hours of sleep you get it. It will tell you if that’s healthy or not and it is just very reliable app. I feel like it doesn’t bug you with ads like I said, and it doesn’t remind you constantly about a updated VIP version or something like I honestly feel like this is a great app and I recommend this for anyone who wants to track their daily motions or I have to do it because of therapy wise but I love this app and I feel like it is a reliable app, and I know nowadays, in this generation ads on every single app, you buy a crazy, but I’m telling you guys I have never had an ad on this app, and I have had this app for two years now so like I said, this app is very really good and responsible is coming from a 12-year-old, who obviously doesn’t know much but I just know that how frustrating it can be it with ads and stuff but if you’re looking for a new free app and yet you still track your emotions without having to worry about paying to remove ads, I do recommend this for everyone thank you for reading this song and I know it was a long little review but I don’t really do reviews but this one definitely deserves one and I feel like this app should be known by others pretty well. 5. 5/5bought an app subscription for the first time

   i absolutely love this app, I downloaded it because the beans were just so dang cute i decided if i didn’t like the features i would’ve only wasted a few days before deleting the app. but turns out it’s actually super useful and interesting so it keeps my attention!! im terrible at making habits, which is actually one of the reasons i wanted a mood tracker, so i was afraid id get bored of this app and stop using it. it’s been a month now and i love that it lets me see my stats comparing what emotions I felt with what activities i did, i love the mood chart, i love the icons for each selection. it’s just so great!! that being said i do kind of wish there were more icon options. i also think a way to show a connect between emotions and hobbies/relationships/etc (ex. accomplished -> exercise) would be really useful, it should be optional to use but available! even without those features the app is great and when the free trial ended i got through exactly 3 days before buying the subscription, but it was actually crazy cheap at $20 for the whole year. i spend more than that on food delivery so i figured it was worth it
