1. 1/5Stole money from me

   I referred my wife and after donating I never received my bonus . I called customer service and the representative and I believe got confused with my problem and told me there was no way to fix it. She then started yelling aggressively with me. She pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called again and another representative said she couldn’t do anything about it . I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she said I would get the same answer, but she wouldn’t mind transferring me. Why does she have to make such a bad comment? Why can’t she just transfer me like I asked. After a brief whole time, she answered the phone again, and apologized and said something can be done about it after all! So while she was processing my bonus again the call dropped ! I never received my bonus and me and my wife stopped going for good. On top of all this I never received 2500 points I was supposed to have. BPL plasma and Grifols pay more anyways. And Grifols has WAY shorter lines than CSL. Don’t even waste your time and if you like your money.

   They don't always promise what they say. The money you are to get , debit card they wrk with give you, takes their profit off the top, so you can't get your full days allotment. some of the people in line are extremely rude. Is it really worth it? It raises your blood pressure up or down, So if it's not in their desired numbers on blood pressure, you can step off for 15 minutes and if it's still not right, you lose that day and your rates drop down of what is expected into visits in a week. It's nice to see the brand new machines in Monroeville PA but now you have to wait in line for an hour and 15 minutes plus,,,, another 40 minutes to get the procedure process and they're dropping the payout now for the new machines, what a bunch of bunk . They said it takes less time, so now you get less money. And those emails they send you you better take screenshots of them.

   I only put 5 stars so it can be seen. This is the worst plasma center in the city! They're purposely slow it doesn't matter how many people are there they do not move at a fast pace. So don't expect to be in and out like most other places. They don't answer the phone so don't call needing any information from them before a visit because you won't be helped. Then when you get there you notice that he phone works it just doesn't get used or answered. Not because they're busy, it's because they just don't want to. This place is a waste of construction and needs to be regulated by someone with authority, because the lazy supervisors and managers there now aren't capable enough to run the center effectively. Not like other plasma spots I've been to.

   The app want let me login it keeps sending me back to the App Store say there is a new version of the app to please up date but when I go in to the App Store there is no update and it just says to open it but when I do and try again it tells me the same thing please fix plus your people take to long to disconnect people from the machines they sometimes will have to poke you with the long needle multiple times they might also want to see about installing new machines or investing in update machines that can take smaller more flexible needle like the hospital have for those people that views can’t handle the big needles the floors are nearly always dirty the bathrooms need to be remolded and updated the chairs you sit on are nearly falling apart. And they keep it so cold that you have to bring a blanket in with you even during the summer time which is plus during the hot weather summer here lol plus some of the ladies at the desk and in the back are always rude to everybody but the people that have there same skin color it’s like they don’t like other races other then there own I always felt like they would wait to take me off the machine if there was somebody someone with there same skin color done after I was done. I had one time where there where 6 people behind me with this lady’s skin color and she sat them first stuck them first even told me that I needed to go see the nurse 2x before finally sitting me her boss had to set me and stick me I got there at 8 am did not even get out of there till they where about to close at 6pm the boss lady did give me some extra money on my card but I don’t do this for the money it’s about the people who have conditions that can only be treated with plasma based medicine. I think I will most likely see if there is a different company to donate to that is better then the jokers

5. 5/5Well maybe 5 stars is wrong

   Yes this place is just a meat market they did not give me the 400 for my first fore visits they had said and head on the poster in waiting area and then instead of giving me the $55 like I should’ve got I only got 40 something so realistically, I didn’t get anything that advertised or what I was told I got shorted every time so I don’t know. I think that either of their staff where I went is not. Any good or lied and kept money. I’m not sure all I know is it said I was supposed to get $400 from my first business and tap it off, I did not even get the 55 like I should’ve gotten and they recently from what I understand have made it to where basically they don’t pay like any of the other places do and I can vouch for that tried contacting somebody and never got anything anywhere and they say I need to update the new app but when I go to it, it takes me to the same old app page so I have no idea what they’re talking about that either but that’s about how professional and how much they honor what they advertise and say
