1. 5/5Customer service changed my mind

   I will admit that customer support is very present for this app. However, the apps ease of use and deposit systems need a lot of work. Especially with disclosures of international fees with Visa. Luckily my bank refunded my 1% amount back to me. There are reasons people will stay on Gemini and Coinbase and it is because other companies make it hard to use, deposits and withdrawals at a steady pace. If they can get this working in their favor they will be unstoppable. Their fees for crypt withdrawals as well continue to go up. I moved 79 USDC and the fee was 25 dollars. It is on the edge of highway robbery at times. Updated response: While the fees are clear the provider does not make withdrawal limits apparent anywhere in the app until you go to withdrawal. An example is if you want to take out 75 Polygon Matic out, the minimum is 100 which at its current price is over 278 dollars worth of an investment. You don’t learn that until the finalization of the withdrawal. Clarity is needed in the industry and this is a challenge and a critique of every app in the industry. Update: 6/2 after a long talk with customer service that finally got back to me I am more confident in the app and their service. While there are some hurdles to using the account. Once it is setup things go quickly and you can invest as you would like and need. The learning curve is helped by the human touch within their customer service. I have increased the rating based on their latest redemptive acts.

   The app was great at first I did all the videos. Then my account was hacked (they got it through the bank account that was also gotten into) and so I filled for a fraud. But they changed the password on me I can’t get into it. The old convention I had the first time I thought it was taken care of. Then a month ago I get an email about a dept (didn’t say the amount of money) that I had to pay or it’d be sent to collections. Me being new to this I was scared I emailed them back saying that I have no idea what’s going on. I thought my account was closed for fraud. (Didn’t get any of my money back from it tho). Now they are telling me I have to reset the password through emails and the time delay is aweful. You have 30 minutes to use a link that’s sent but you never know when that link will be sent. (I ended up missing the email 3 times after confirming I was ready for the email) waiting for it for like and hour or so. I go to work and end up missing the link time and it doesn’t work. This still hasn’t been resolved and honestly I’m fed up with it now. It’s made me hate crypto currency’s or apps that sell them. There’s no number to call it’s all through email. I don’t have the time to wait on them to email me back each time there’s a problem. I’d rather call and wait then talk to a person who can answer me immediately if there’s an issue then they can resolve it. Edit: it has finally been resolved but still would like for there to be a way to call instead of waiting on emails. I will grant that the workers are very nice and understanding even when I was getting very frustrated.

   Honestly, I’m not gonna say that I don’t like this app. I feel like it’s extremely user-friendly. It’s very easy to use and to purchase crypto and hook up and even customer service is responsive. But here’s where the real problems lie. One of the things that I absolutely hate about this app is there is only a certain amount of things that you can do. Kraken allows you to set 60 by end or sell orders this one only allows you to do 20. You can use the crypto card if you have the debit card, but if you ever pull it off of the app, you can’t put it back on and so it stays on there, which is kind of stupid because that means you can’t even pull out Cash if you wanted to it has to be used with the debit card. Customer service can seriously act like they don’t know what the Frick is going on which can be extremely annoying. Some of the buy and sell orders you can’t do more than $5000 which is dirt cheap in comparison to most apps again like Kraken who will let you do a buy or sell order for a lot more. That means you have to set it perfectly or less than in order for it to hit. Overall, I give it a three maybe a four, even the incentives to login every day I’m at almost 200 days and yet all you still get is one diamond at the most maybe two diamonds and then when you go to cash them in when you get 25 you’re gonna get maybe one crow I highly doubt that anyone has ever actually gotten the big one as I’ve seen so many accounts who opened up thousands of diamonds and never got anything which is such a scam. So overall, I’m not saying the app is bad. I obviously still use it, but most of my funds are elsewhere

5. 3/5Purchasing Coins is Difficult

   I’m relatively new to the altcoin invest game but I do have a basic understanding of how it works. I chose this app for my investment platform because it was recommended to me by a friend. The layout and features of the app are “okay,” and easy enough to navigate. However, actually purchasing (investing) is difficult and confusing. For starters, one method is to link a debit or credit card to the app for purchasing. Easy enough? Not! Most debit or credit cards (banks) will not allow you to use your card in that manner! None of mine would work. Another method is to use their “Fiat Wallet,” which requires that you make an ACH bank transfer to the apps bank. The problem here is that could take 5-7 days! Then there’s their credit cards, which add outside app perks, but again it’s very confusing on how to acquire one. You can also link your bank account to the app for “easy deposits and withdrawals.” Again, not happening “smoothly,” in fact the app states after setup (linking your bank account) they “instantly” credit you the money you wish to deposit, so you can buy coins immediately. Uh not true, I followed the procedure and everything was setup attempted to deposit a “trivial amount” into their “Fiat Wallet,” and I got the message the deposit is “pending!” Where’s the credit for “immediate use to purchase crypto?” Of course you can try and talk to their support staff via a chat, but it could take 20-30minutes for a reply to your question. Needless to say, I’ve had to app for about 4 days or so and I have yet to purchase any crypto and it isn’t for lack of trying.
