1. 1/5Had my wallet hacked and funds stolen

   The lack of customer support is ridiculous! You will never be able to talk with anyone in person, ever. I had all of my funds randomly transferred from my wallet to another account that I do not own. And once it’s gone, it’s gone and you don’t get it back. No matter how much you had stolen from your account. Was given the “we’re sorry, but there’s nothing we can do” message when trying to find a way to retrieve my funds back. Was told that I should never give out my recovery phrase and that it was somehow my fault for my funds being stolen. Never gave out my recovery phrase and why would I actively try to have someone hack my wallet to steal my funds???? Just ridiculous to think that my investments were never safe to begin with. So long story short, if you ever need to get help from customer support through this app, don’t expect to receive any support or assistance. Simply expect the explanation of why it’s your fault, not theirs and that they cannot help you. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.

   The are working on with not problems onto your want to withdraw your money. I signed up back in November to see how they work. I get here in within a lady invited me in. Everything is fine. When I make the withdrawal, there is the problem. We have to deal with customers service. The customer service person asked for the same amount of money to process the transaction. They have a hold on my money , onto I made the payment they want. They are a scammer. (That simple )… I be losing money on few others, like this one. Be carful, because everything looks good, and isn’t. Always remember. The problem started when you wanted to get the money. Yeah they sent you a wallet address to pay them. In order to process your transaction. All they want is your money. You pay them and you lose more money. You paid them one and they asked for a second payment. And you don’t have your money. Like me, I do the withdrawal back in December and I don’t even have my money. Is Mach. I hope don’t happen to you. Thanks

   I was groomed for a month by someone who acted like they wanted to buy a home. Later they Introduced crypto and boasted of their record of successful trading and years of experience in the business. Always very positive and courteous. I did a lot of work for them on homes in the area and he said he wanted to come “next month” to see the homes. Everything seemed legit. Even got some $ from trading crypto back into my account. After I added a bunch more $ we did another trade. This time we lost $. I had done it exactly the same as before. He blamed it on me not clicking fast enough. Then he wanted to attempt another trade at 100% which would include all of the rest of the $ in the account. ( He wanted to make it seem like my fault. I believe at this point there wasn’t any $ left in my account) I wouldn’t do another trade and went straight over to follow the same instructions to transfer my $ out of the account that we had done before. My balance said I had $, but each time I tried to transfer, it showed insufficient funds, which indicated that there really was no $ in the account. The real app has close to 1M reviews. This one has 13K reviews. This is the one he had me download.

4. 1/5Avoid this app. It promotes scammers

   This app is a decentralized crypto app that allows dApps to connect to your wallet. Although they know that many are scammers, even when shown proof, they will not warn other users or prevent them from connecting to your wallet. Be aware of signal providers that promise very high profits using dApps on this app, it will look like you’re making ton of money really fast but once you’ll try to withdraw your money, the nightmare will start. They will come up with one fee after another, and your money will be kept hostage indefinitely. Avoid at all cost. Reading through the reviews, you’ll see the same pattern over and over and the same stupid answer from Crypto onchain developer telling you that if you were a victim of a scam to report it to the authorities. I did, and nothing happened although I lost a lot of money. They know it and are arrogant because they feel untouchable. This app should be legally held responsible for inviting scammers to steal honest people’s money. Stay away if you don’t want to lose all your funds. Be aware that the positive reviews probably come from scammers. They use very elaborate techniques to trick you. Again, stay away. If it’s too good to be true, believe me it is. I learned the hard way.

5. 1/5“Customer Service” ??

   Opened for 1st time with a successful friend who supposedly knows how to or has/is guided by another a small start of $1,300 last fall. Best way to put it for me it compounded in 3 session in 2 days to essentially double. Quick deal but also needed funds for rent. Told would have a quick turnaround. Request to withdraw $2,300. Leave reminder for later investment. OK nice. Routed to Customer Service (CS) through what I thought is related to the wallet. Was put on hold to pay a 5% pressing fee. OK paid then requested an authorization fee, then verification fee, then… each week a different fee with the reassurance all the funds will be reimbursed immediately after completed! Accumulated amounts with reassurances of full refund of submitted amounts always 1 step away! It is now month 9 and holding a value of $68,000. All fees. Apparently I am a real sucker, as it reassures me essentially last step as long as approval completed. Currently CA claimed the last placement at $1820 was last one with slight chance of additional step to complete. Paid last Friday waiting for release of my funds still…

   Avoid this app!! Fake platform! they freeze your funds and want 20 percent of your balance deposited to unfreeze it. Even though it shows I have balance, when I go to withdraw funds it says there are no funds for transactions. scammer platform! I can't believe google play allows you to get the app here and it's all fake. Time for a class action suite against google play for letting this happen.
