I enjoy this app. I do countdowns for birthdays and events, it's a cute reminder. I like that you can switch between displaying the number of years, months, days, minutes, and seconds. I just noticed that they have a widget now, I'm going to explore that. Note that I keep it offloaded most of the time because it is too invasive/nosy. Also Note that the ads at the bottom of the page are quite small and often meant to look obscene, though they aren't. If you do a screen cap and blow it up they're kid-safe, mundane, but obviously designed to make gullible min click on them, they should be yeeted into the sun for that behavior. Overall, I do recommend this app, it is cute as can be and very useful.

4/5A MUST HAVE!!! 😄😃😄
So I got this app recommended to me and im glad I took the recommendation because now instead of having to write down a bunch of numbers and try to keep track of them, it does all the work for you! Also not to mention, you name it, they have it! Count up and down, whatever you need, wallpapers left and right, customizable organization, I could go on and on. The only problem I had is with widgets. I have no clue how to set up events on the widget and every time I click on the widget because it says “No events selected for widget,” it just goes right into the app without bringing me to a certain page. If anyone can explain to me how it works, PLEASE GET BACK TO ME DO NOT HESITATE!!! Thanks!! 😊

1/5Terrible update that has ruined the app.
This app was nice overall, but this new update has been a mess. I'm currently rather upset because after I did the update, all of my countdowns were gone. I've had this app for years, and it never did that. Just completely erased everything. I don't even know if there is a way to roll the app back to get them again. It also glitches a lot. I wish I never updated it. UPDATE: I waited a bit after chilling out from being upset to add a bit more. I have been using this app for years, and I kept many of my memorable moments in it. It seems that I am not the only one who is having a problem concerning the iCloud syncing. Even now, after accepting that all of the countdowns that I had stored are gone (I did send a message requesting help through the developer site, but I haven't gotten the response yet), it would seem that the iCloud syncing feature itself is just entirely dysfunctional. Even after adding a new countdown, it refuses to sync or save. I'm not quite sure why so many things were changed for this app, as I think it was functioning just fine before and the only thing it seemed people wanted it was for the widget to come back. all of the other changes made are quite unnecessary and unfortunately, it's turned a very good app into one that you cannot even use. I've learned my lesson to note down important dates and fond events in an actual notebook from now on, and I guess I'll find a different app to store my countdowns.

5/5Wallpaper option is broken
It's not a bug. It's just horribly designed. I use this app to countdown for upcoming video-game related things, and opening this app and seeing how much time is left gets me hyped. It would get me even more hyped with a wallpaper... that is if the option wasn't broken. I have to crop the picture into a square shape, and when I apply it the image is all zoomed in or something. I know, this review I'm writing sounds unprofessional. But I would appreciate it if this wallpaper issue was fixed. Other than that, everything is actually really useful. It's fun seeing what "2 weeks 1 day 11 hours 3 minutes 50 seconds" equates to in just seconds. Overall, if you don't care for wallpaper, then it's a perfect app to use.

this app is pretty cool , can’t wait to go on vacation in 19 days 3 hrs 28 minuets and 8 seconds. wish you had an option to change the apps icon to whatever , instead of looking at your phone and seeing a picture of a star with a clock in a blue background that says Countdown , the user could change it to a recent selfie or a picture of the ocean 🌊 to indicate vacation or holiday and click on the myVacationcountdown app (you should be able to change the name too). i know it is a challenge but i think that it would make your rates and reviews higher and then more people will download the app. But that’s my opinion i don’t think you can actually do that but it’s ok . over all the app is pretty great.

I like that you can switch between displaying the number of years, months, days, minutes, and seconds. I just noticed that they have a widget now, I'm going to explore that. Note that I keep it offloaded most of the time because it is too invasive/nosy. Also Note that the ads at the bottom of the page are quite small and often meant to look obscene, though they aren't. If you do a screen cap and blow it up they're kid-safe, mundane, but obviously designed to make gullible min click on them, they should be yeeted into the sun for that behavior. Overall, I do recommend this app, it is cute as can be and very useful.",

          "body": "So I got this app recommended to me and im glad I took the recommendation because now instead of having to write down a bunch of numbers and try to keep track of them, it does all the work for you! Also not to mention, you name it, they have it! Count up and down, whatever you need, wallpapers left and right, customizable organization, I could go on and on. The only problem I had is with widgets. I have no clue how to set up events on the widget and every time I click on the widget because it says “No events selected for widget,” it just goes right into the app without bringing me to a certain page. If anyone can explain to me how it works, PLEASE GET BACK TO ME DO NOT HESITATE!!! Thanks!! 😊",

          "body": "This app was nice overall, but this new update has been a mess. I'm currently rather upset because after I did the update, all of my countdowns were gone. I've had this app for years, and it never did that. Just completely erased everything. I don't even know if there is a way to roll the app back to get them again. It also glitches a lot. I wish I never updated it. UPDATE: I waited a bit after chilling out from being upset to add a bit more. I have been using this app for years, and I kept many of my memorable moments in it. It seems that I am not the only one who is having a problem concerning the iCloud syncing. Even now, after accepting that all of the countdowns that I had stored are gone (I did send a message requesting help through the developer site, but I haven't gotten the response yet), it would seem that the iCloud syncing feature itself is just entirely dysfunctional. Even after adding a new countdown, it refuses to sync or save. I'm not quite sure why so many things were changed for this app, as I think it was functioning just fine before and the only thing it seemed people wanted it was for the widget to come back. all of the other changes made are quite unnecessary and unfortunately, it's turned a very good app into one that you cannot even use. I've learned my lesson to note down important dates and fond events in an actual notebook from now on, and I guess I'll find a different app to store my countdowns.",

          "body": "It's not a bug. It's just horribly designed. I use this app to countdown for upcoming video-game related things, and opening this app and seeing how much time is left gets me hyped. It would get me even more hyped with a wallpaper... that is if the option wasn't broken. I have to crop the picture into a square shape, and when I apply it the image is all zoomed in or something. I know, this review I'm writing sounds unprofessional. But I would appreciate it if this wallpaper issue was fixed. Other than that, everything is actually really useful. It's fun seeing what \"2 weeks 1 day 11 hours 3 minutes 50 seconds\" equates to in just seconds. Overall, if you don't care for wallpaper, then it's a perfect app to use.",

          "body": "this app is pretty cool , can’t wait to go on vacation in 19 days 3 hrs 28 minuets and 8 seconds. wish you had an option to change the apps icon to whatever , instead of looking at your phone and seeing a picture of a star with a clock in a blue background that says Countdown , the user could change it to a recent selfie or a picture of the ocean 🌊 to indicate vacation or holiday and click on the myVacationcountdown app (you should be able to change the name too). i know it is a challenge but i think that it would make your rates and reviews higher and then more people will download the app. But that’s my opinion i don’t think you can actually do that but it’s ok . over all the app is pretty great.",
