   I highly recommend Dr. Lahoti and her entire team! From the moment I walk into the office, everyone is welcoming, kind, and professional. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Whenever I’ve had questions or issues with my patient chart or paperwork, they have been quick to assist and resolve everything right away. Dr. Lahoti is compassionate, knowledgeable, and takes the time to listen to my concerns. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. A special thank you to Ms. Theresa, who has been absolutely amazing. She is always responsive, patient, and goes above and beyond to help with my prescriptions, insurance, diabetes care, and any questions I have. Her dedication and kindness have made such a positive difference in my healthcare experience. The entire office works together to provide outstanding care, and I truly appreciate their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. Thank you all for everything you do!

2. 2/5Some features work but important stuff doesn’t.

   The new app works ok for messages and test results. Appointment reminders are way over the top with reminders sent the day before, the morning of and steadily for and hour leading up to the appointment. The medication refill part of the app is terrible. There is no way to select a different pharmacy off of your list of pharmacies. Which means that if you start a med as a 30 day supply from a local harmacy there is no easy way to request that the med be switched to a 90 day supply from your mail order pharmacy. If a mistake is made at the pharmacy filling your order, the refill software won’t let you reorder the medication because it’s too soon to place another order for that med. Which is an insurance level decision, not a COPC level decision. Sometimes pharmacy orders don’t go smoothly in the real world and the ordering system must not block attempts to fix the order. This happened recently to me on an insulin order wher an untrained pharmacy tech at my new insurance’s mail order pharmacy rejected an insulin order because they didn’t understand how insulin in flex pens was prescribed. It took four calls/messages to get the order processed in part because COPC staff had to work around ordering issues in the COPC app to get the insulin delivered. I was down to half of my last flex pen when my insulin order got filled. The medication section of your app is basically incomplete. Needs to be flexible enough to handle real world prescription ordering.

3. 2/5Worst pre-registration experience ever

   I find it ridiculous that you want us to pre-register for our appointment but NOTHING transfers over. Nothing was listed when I’ve been a patient for years. This should be easy and not 15 screens plus of blank information! Everything in my files should be there from health history to my medications. None of that was there so I skipped the majority or guessed because there’s no reason you don’t have it. As well as insurance information, identifying information like my license. All of that information has been on file for years. Don’t make the registration process so time consuming and difficult!!! There’s no reason for everything but my name and address to be blank. Worst online/app registration experience for an existing patient I’ve ever experienced. If I have to do that much work I might as well just do it when I get there and fill out paper forms. Won’t be doing this again!

   I have been using the MyChart app since it first became available. I find it easy to access information. Data such as my list of prescription medication’s, supplements, and most recent blood test results are quickly at hand for another healthcare provider – even internationally! It minimizes my number one pet peeve of filling out forms with the same information…Repeatedly. Having the information available and accurate for another healthcare provider means that my healthcare is efficient and effective.

   Never had any issues with app or doctor office, almost always able to get in for appointments same day for urgent issues at their pediatric support center in the same building which is open later and open on Saturdays! Other then longer conversations on messages being able to be billed, which was a recent addition, I have enjoyed and appreciated being able to message doctor/nurse for quick questions or concerns! I went to Campbell as a child and now my son comes here as well!
