2/5It was originally a good thing
The app worked fine when I first got it. Now it won’t let me past the sign in screen. It does appear to be working but nothing happens. Now that I want to apply for credit, I can’t get signed in to unlock my experience credit report. They keep your credit safe - even from you. Yes, it’s been like that for many days now and, yes, I checked for updates and did an uninstall but still have the same bug. Discover costs the same thing except it’s for one instead of two adults but if it works, it works.

2/5Log in is required almost every time.
I signed in with login password and set up my Face ID after few days it erases everything and requires login password again. I wish I can upload the error. Due to improved security measure, we require you to re-enter………. Hardly use this app because of this bug.

3/5Valuable Service, Terrible App
Using the app is painfully slow. It takes forever for each alert to load. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max so it’s not my hardware. It seems like they haven't invested enough in a quality app so I can’t give it more than three out of five stars. Its too bad because otherwise the service works very well.

2/5Extremely Slow
Pretty much eve try part of the app is slow. Login (with or without Face ID) takes a long time. Loading any alerts seems like a game of luck. At times it loads and most often just sits with a loading screen. All of this with a WiFi connection.
