   So I have dozens of old coins and this was helpful. I did the free trial and the only reason I giving it 5 stars is that no one will listen if I gave it 1 star. I cancelled my subscription days before my free trial ended and yet still got charged for the app, I took a screenshot showing that I cancelled this and have tried to contact customer service, sent 3 emails and nothing. The app may be helpful however the customer service on this app is absolutely terrible. It goes to show that they do not read these reviews because if they had then I don’t think I would have gotten the generic reply from the so called developer.

2. 2/5Beware of Fraud

   I was interested in purchasing this app for buying and selling coins. My experience in just a few weeks was not so good. There were lots of listings for coins I was interested in and I must’ve contacted over 100 of them with only three or four responses at most. I purchased three coins and two of the three were fraud. They took my money both Venmo and PayPal with no response on one purchase and the other one sent me mail with no CoinIn in it. When I responded to the buyer he said I’ll look into it and never heard from him. I contact customer service and they don’t respond back. Then they finally do and say they’ll look into it but the problem is there’s no customer protection on this platform. There’s no seller ratings and they do nothing about these people that scam people like myself. On eBay you have a seller rating and protection as a buyer on this page they offer none at your own risk. I’m still trying to get to the bottom with them what they can do to solve this and I hear no response from them. I send multiple emails with details and pictures and I get no answers? The ad advertisement makes it look very easy to sell and buy which is not true. UPDATE: After I wrote this I was contacted back by customer service. They were very nice and understanding. They have looked into my fraud and helped me with my requests. Hopefully things will be fixed in the future with marketplace but feel much better with customer service. Thank you.

   Beware downloading these apps because they’ll still charge you the $9.99 for it even when you cancel it!!! They offered a 7 day trial, that’s the only way I was able to use the app. I opted in for the 7 day trial, tested the app, and cancelled it the same day. I was still able to use it until may 1st but I didn’t use it anymore. I started getting a $9.99 charge out of nowhere and looked it up and saw they were trying to charge me for the app that I cancelled. I called apple and they’re trying to scam me saying that I downloaded the app on April 4th when I downloaded it April 24th and have the email to prove it. I even have the screenshot of me cancelling the subscription with the date on it. I told apple it was a 7 day trial and if I owed any money I would’ve been charged before may 1st. They wouldn’t listen, kept lying saying I downloaded it on April 4th when I didn’t even have a phone April 4th because I got it replaced and 2 weeks before that it was sitting on my counter broken until I got the money to replace my phone. They continued to say my Apple ID was used for a different date and it wasn’t. They’re trying to make me pay for the app and put in for a refund that I won’t get back because they’ll come up with another excuse on that. Beware downloading these apps because you’ll likely get scammed out of paying for an app you don’t even want or use.

4. 1/5Subscription won’t cancel /charged 13 days after 1st charge

   I paid a promotional $10 to try the app for 7 days… after that it is $25. Well, I couldn’t get the camera app to focus on a single coin which was what made me want to try it in the 1st place. So on the 6th day of the trial. I went on the app to cancel and got directed to the link that you press to cancel your subscription. And when I clicked on the link, it would say there was an error. I kept trying that night and it would not work so I emailed customer support explaining all of this and I still have not received an email back and that was almost 2 1/2 weeks ago… well nobody returned my message and guess what I got charged $25 for the standard subscription price which made me mad, but I just wanted to be done with this app and I never did get my subscription to cancel and nobody ever called me back and 13 days later I get another charge for $25 so I guess they charge people every 13 days? which makes no sense at all. So they’ve got $60 for me and I have not been able to use the app one time. But I was finally able to cancel my subscription and send other emails but asking for a refund is probably going to be a pain so I’m just going to have to dispute charges if I don’t hear from someone soon

5. 1/5Waste of time

   I’ve been a collector for over 30 years and this does nothing it says it does. I tried this on everything from early 1900 era to modern day coins. Most were US based. The only thing it EVER got right was the type of coin. The years, value, specifications were all very vague. The developers seriously need to do some work if they expect it to work like advertised. Right now it’s junk. Most of the 5 star reviews make no sense or are 1-2 words so they are fake. The developers respond to many negative reviews, including this one, with “tips” to make it look like we are just incompetent. I am well aware of how to scan, take pictures, and read instructions. This app is a scam now and will always be. And for the love of all things civil….DO NOT purchase anything nor sign up for the free trial. From what I have seen from several others who did this, they wind up having to go through their credit card company to dispute and block as the developer will not respond. I guess they are too busy responding to negative reviews. Why does Apple control allow this fraudulent activity from so many scammers?
