So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. I really appreciate service like this, This is what establishments are missing warm and welcoming. I wish there was a tip jar every lil bit helps in this time of need. Awesome location thank you…

1/5Keeps signing me out without letting me sign back in
I have an account and yesterday I couldn’t remember the password so I reset it, but it still didn’t let me sign in, which made me think that I typed it wrong when I reset it the first time, so I tried to reset the password again but I wasn’t allowed to because I typed in my password correctly the first time, so I stopped and tried to sign into the app with the password and it didn’t work, but then I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it let me sign in, but now today I try to go back into the app and it signed me out and I tried to sign in again and the same issue happened. And I even put in both the email and the password correctly.

1/5Never works right
Constantly have issues trying to use rewards, charges you extra to order through the app (who still does that?), and with the latest update, I can’t even login to check my points anymore. I know my pw works, I can login with it through the website, but the app won’t work and I can’t even reset the pw to try that. Used up my e-gift card, also a pain to use, and will use the website to order my last freebie. Then I’m done. How do so many of these companies still not know how to make these apps more convenient for people?

I want to use this app, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use the app. Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete the app or not. Please respond back ASAP. I will change the review if it’s fixed.

1. It’s on you to figure out stores that offer its use Guessing 50% stores do not qualify. The “customer is not right “ or appreciated example? 2. The company will not allow you to submit for unauthorized Cinnabon locations. even if you use receipts that you bought a bun , coffee etc . 3. Clumsy app. You need to understand and spend 20 -40 minutes to understand how to use it. Plus complex specials , “if you get this with beverage !”( fine print, that is on of three out of 20). 4. Company doesn’t allow for mistakes if you miss something on the app. They will look for anything to deny you points. Save your time don’t reach out. 5. Locations get order long after you submit. Combine this with little understanding of the app by store personnel… Do you have a disaster? Yes, you can easily add the app. but why add it?
