So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. It would have been nice to have gotten the order that I wanted from the sign that at the wall kiosk but I was informed that sign is three years old so I ordered something different and when I went to taste it, it wasn’t what I ordered so I had to wait for them to remake the drink Which afterwards did not taste exactly the way I expected it to

I place my order on Feb 17 round 5:42 and my order was for 72 dollars from the Altamonte mall Cinnabon and my order was cancelled and I have not received my money I keep calling Altamonte mall but no answer I tried send my request for an refund no response but some more Cinnabon I want my 72 dollars back so I can delete this app because I’m not trusting this app no more 72 dollars is a lot I have email and text message saying my order was cancelled so I need talk to some one so I could get my money back and I also have DoorDash cancel receipt too

1/5Never works right
Constantly have issues trying to use rewards, charges you extra to order through the app (who still does that?), and with the latest update, I can’t even login to check my points anymore. I know my pw works, I can login with it through the website, but the app won’t work and I can’t even reset the pw to try that. Used up my e-gift card, also a pain to use, and will use the website to order my last freebie. Then I’m done. How do so many of these companies still not know how to make these apps more convenient for people?

1/5Keeps signing me out without letting me sign back in
I have an account and yesterday I couldn’t remember the password so I reset it, but it still didn’t let me sign in, which made me think that I typed it wrong when I reset it the first time, so I tried to reset the password again but I wasn’t allowed to because I typed in my password correctly the first time, so I stopped and tried to sign into the app with the password and it didn’t work, but then I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it let me sign in, but now today I try to go back into the app and it signed me out and I tried to sign in again and the same issue happened. And I even put in both the email and the password correctly.
