5/5Finally something I’ll actually use to get cash back where I’m already shopping
I’ve always struggled to figure out how to maximize my savings when shopping online because obviously I’m shopping through websites directly and all these little apps typically only allow you to shop through their portals to get the points…. on Joko, you can shop with the browser extension in Safari on mobile, which is how I basically shop all the time. Also, it’s so nice to see that there is a coupons section for each brand instead of having to go to one of those trashy sites like RetailMeNot where half the coupons are just complete garbage and do not work…. 😷 I’m shocked to see so many good brands that I purchased from often!! especially in the luxury category where 3% cashback honestly makes a huge difference and even on every day things like Walmart it’s so good to be able to just save money with how expensive home essentials are now. The app interface is super intuitive. I had no problem figuring out what I needed to do. The only thing is you definitely need to make sure that you enable the Safari extension correctly to make best use of the app. Highly recommend and I’m telling all of my friends!

5/5Best Cash Back App Out Yet!
The app itself is an eye-catcher but the cash back is even better since it’s immediate tracking for most! The only thing I wish that could be added to the app is allow Debit Card withdrawals for faster access to our referral earnings! Amazing app overall!

They will shut your account down and say it’s due to suspicious activity. I received my first 2 withdrawals but my third and 4th withdrawals they blocked. They said it was due to suspicious activity. I don’t understand what’s suspicious when my bank account is in my name that I use and get cashback with making transactions . Seems they just don’t want to pay once you start making a good amount of money on there. I have reported them for fraud/scam. They need to be shut down. Reading other reviews a lot of others are experiencing the same exact thing. How is it that too many people are being banned for suspicious activity smh only suspicious activity is Joko not wanting to pay people their money that is due to them !! This app is a complete waste of time

3/5Had to jump through ridiculous hurdles in order to start earning.
Everything seemed legit and above board. Then when I tried to make my first withdrawal, they banned my account alleging “suspicious activity” on my account and refused to elaborate on what they meant by suspicious activity and also refused to connect me with their legal department. Frankly, I was livid and considering legal options. After leaving a scathing review here on the App Store, I was informed by customer support that they would be re-evaluating my account. It took about a month and I had tos end in my id and a redacted bank account statement but I finally got my first payment today…

I have tried multiple times to purchase gift cards with multiple different payment methods and I continue to get an error message stating that my card was not charged. I have contacted the support that is available multiple times via the chat they offer. I have yet to have it resolved. There is also no other way to contact help. If they can fix this issue with the gift cards this app will be Amazing.
