5/5Great app
They’re definitely fine tuning but I’ve gotten some crazzzy deals. As a Food and Beverage Director and having a family winery, I’m very familiar with wine. This app really offers some fantastic deals. I love that it’s not a subscription, where I’m getting six bottles that I don’t actually want. I get to choose the lines and I get to decide when they ship. I love the healthy mix of premium and normal drinking wines. This makes it easier to spend a little on premium wines, knowing that there are drinking wines in the same case. I can also take a week to buy all of these or four months and they don’t care. I really like that flexibility. I definitely recommend looking to experiment a little bit, or just looking to buy quality wines

4/5Great Idea - Some Room for Improvement
First of all this is a great idea and for wine lovers who want to be drinking expensive bottles for a discount and explore new bottles it’s great. The initial deals you get when you start is like 3 the first day. That is amazing truly worth the free trial and trying it just for that. After the first day you only get a deal on one wine a day. This is still great. However if you are someone who only likes certain grapes this may not be for you because half the week you will just be waiting for the grapes you like. Now this isn’t the end of the world because the wines are all such a high quality that even if you’ve tried and disliked a certain grape it’s likely you will like/enjoy these more expensive discounted bottles. It hasn’t really been a big issue with me because I like almost anything, but it would be nice to even just have 2 options a day always different grapes to increase your possible success in finding what you like. Overall the founders seem charismatic and to really care about the product so hopefully this already good wine club gets better with time.

1/5Be careful!
I literally downloaded the app and watched the video to understand how it works but because it’s linked to my Apple ID account it automatically meant that I signed up for the three day trial and then was just billed the $70. I absolutely did not click on the link that said I wanted to have a trial membership because as soon as I saw that there was a yearly membership fee. I did nothing else, but the app was on my phone and automatically linked to my payment information. I am so frustrated that every company is using this type of marketing ploy to dupe people into paying even a one time additional fee of now $70 when I had no intention of using it. I am a tech savvy person. I was truly just curious and did not click on something saying yes I want to have a trial membership. The best was: they say there is a grace period if you change your mind within the first 48 hours after billing so in my case, I should be eligible for a refund. They said yes, you’re eligible for a refund, but that refund, as it turns out, is issued in the form of a store credit. So they still keep your $70 and I guess hope that you spend it but it’s also unclear because it says it’s only valid through the end of the billing period but as my account is canceled, what does that mean the 48 hours?

1/5Beware: Deceitful Subscription Practices and Zero Customer Care
I strongly advise anyone considering CaseDrops to think twice before signing up. Their subscription practices feel incredibly predatory. The way the membership is presented makes it far too easy to be charged for recurring payments without a clear understanding of what you’re agreeing to. Many customers don’t realize they’re enrolled until they see charges on their credit card, and when they contact support, they’re met with little to no willingness to make things right. What was most disappointing was the refusal to issue a refund, even after explaining the situation. Instead of valuing long-term customer trust, they hide behind their terms and conditions while keeping money from customers who clearly didn’t intend to continue the subscription. Just because something is buried in the fine print doesn’t make it good customer service. A reputable company should prioritize transparency, send clear renewal reminders, and work with customers when honest mistakes happen. Instead, CaseDrops appears to profit from confusion and then refuses to take responsibility when customers ask for help. There are plenty of companies that earn repeat business through great products and honest customer service. In my experience, CaseDrops has done the opposite. I won’t be purchasing from them again, and I would caution others to read every detail before providing payment information.

5/5Exception choices, exceptional service
First off, this app is SO COOL. I’m seeing bottles that I’ve seen in the store that I wouldn’t even touch let alone BUY, but these prices are unbelievable. They’ve got Costco beat! Plus the excitement on seeing what the days drop is going to be is so exciting. Plus their customer service is top tier. Questions or concerns, their team has you covered and will bend over backwards to assist you. Quit wasting time and spending too much money on that bougie bottle of wine you want to try and get something top level from Casedrops. 10/10 recommend!!
