The app is good for some things, but it has a terrible texting feature that only lets you see a single line of text as you’re typing so you don’t really know whether you have typos until after you post it.

5/5This is the BEST app !
I can’t thank the team behind CareStitch enough! This app has completely transformed the way I manage my caregiving work. From scheduling to communication and documentation, everything is made simple, fast, and reliable. As a nurse, it’s rare to find an app that truly understands our daily challenges—but CareStitch absolutely does. It feels like this app was made for us, by people who genuinely care. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. I’ve saved so much time and stress thanks to this platform. I’m beyond grateful for how CareStitch has helped me stay organized, connected, and confident in providing the best care possible. Highly recommend it to all fellow nurses and caregivers—you won’t regret it! Also, their customer service is the best. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you guys for making my job easy.

We’ve been using Carestitch for almost 3 years now and it’s been an integral part of our agency’s growth and ability to scale. The team behind Carestitch is amazing- they’ve always been responsive and have continually worked on new features and improvements in the software. 5/5Great app and great team!
Great app with an even better team behind it. Scheduling is always a difficult task for home health agencies and each do it a bit differently and CareStitch does a great job providing a software that is nimble to the varied needs an agency might have and the team is very responsive when requests are made to make updates to the software
