Document management enhancements include: * Ability to Fax directly from your phone. With this ability you can share documents, forms, labs, reports from anywhere on demand. Additionally, you can assign incoming faxes to be directly delivered for one more Buzz groups to improve the organizational workflow and productivity tremendously. Enhanced Readability User Messages in Conversations: * ClearView to view messages for ease of readability in a popup view in a larger font. Additional rich text formatting from the message content such as mentioned names, URLs and Email addresses is presented in this new view. * Secure Email Inbox feature enables you to assign and route personalized Buzz Email addresses. Incoming emails are associated with a personal email conversation or to a group where all group members can access the emails and handle and coordinate in a HIPAA-secure fashion upon receipt. Rich Text View allows you to view emails in the ClearView rich-text format.

Here is what you can find with this new version: • We’ve enhanced chat conversations to improve the readability, customization and productivity. • Remember something that was sent last month? No more scrolling backwards to find the exact message or attachment! Searching for a message now is much easier - you can simply jump to the date where your message is likely to be and find it fast. • On a busy days with lots of parallel conversations, it is easy to prioritize your responses? Find messages where someone mentioned you and you need to get back with some answers - you can quickly filter the conversations where such messages appeared, and moreover simply view only messages awaiting your acknowledgment (ACK). And you can respond to such messages with the 'Reply-in-thread' feature to connect the conversation threads properly regardless of how old the message was. • Working off hours? You can now schedule messages to send later - simply a game changer as you can send it at the time where the recipients are most likely to be alert and receptive! (as in "late morning after their second cup of coffee":)) • We’ve got you covered with a warning if you get into your occasional dyslexic spell (or that autocorrect strikes again!) a user or team in a mention (@name ) so you know the recipient will be notified. • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) makes it so you can get reimbursed so now you can send your location whether it is your current location or automatic GeoFence (a great time-saver BTW). • Need to edit a meeting or an event? When you respond in a reply thread, now you can “focus” on the particular message to reply to - the message text will be visible even in a collapsed mode.
