   Most people looking for an app like this need discretion. 1)when receiving an incoming call, you first have to answer that call, then open this app, call the number and then merge the calls. I did this and it didn’t take too long but obviously you would not always have the ability to do this and catch the whole conversation. My biggest complaint about this though was halfway through the conversation the person goes “who is listening to our call?” I said what do you mean and they sent me a screenshot showing their phone screen saying they were in a conference call with me. Therefore their phone let them know I had merged the calls. They thought a third party was listening in, not that I was recording but that wasn’t any better of an outcome. 2)when I call out from the app it LITERALLY came up on caller I.d. As “voice recorder”!!!! Do not waste your time and money. Luckily I did the free trial and was not charged.

   I am a professional that needs to monitor and record phone conversations. What I need: A fast efficient convenient call recording app What the paid version of this app does: • does not allow you to record calls automatically when someone calls you which makes you miss part of the conversation or requires you to not receive the call and must call the person back one set up •You have to open the app, look up their name with access to your contacts or know the phone number to enter in the dial pad,Call the app phone number, call the person, press the merge button to record a call • App will not record the sound of you dialing someone and clips the beginning of the conversation due to the emerge of call features. • due to the merge feature, you are basically making a three-way call so your minutes are doubled on your phone plan if that’s an issue •Once recorded, there is not a clear option to email a copy to yourself. You must save the recording as a file, open the file, and then forward the file in an email to yourself. • calls are listed buy newest first and cannot be filed or organized. To the developer: I am a verified purchaser of this app and user. Please do not contact me to change my review just to increase the rating unless you actually want professional feedback on how to change the app.

   I had it less than a month so the most I should be charged for this no good recorder app is the 9.99 a month fee. I will make sure I let everyone I know how this app is is I don’t recieve a refund . you people need to be reported to the news media and att. General for the scam your pulling , your app is not like you say it misses alot and I shouldn’t be charged for a full year when I’m not happy with it and it’s been less than a month and I’ve kindly said I’d pay for a month and you know I’m right it’s a joke. I will not use it anymore , and I will wait for a answer from you but I think a month is way more than fair for your product. Considering I’ve barely used it maybe 3 times and they are all not full conversations and that’s bad company business to do this to people. And it’s only been 2 weeks. And the name unhappy subscriber is already taken so that proves my point!

   None of the numbers that I have to “conference” in to record an incoming call work, and I have to record some incoming calls for my business as a legal requirement. I reached out to support on October 10, 2023. They responded Oct. 12th to ask which service number was not working (when dialed, I receive a “this number is not in service” recording). There was no followup. I reached out again to them to follow up on Oct. 23rd. It is now October 27th and I have still not received follow up. Horrible support and I am canceling my service since there is no way for me to record an incoming call with their support numbers. Update: I checked spam folder, as the developer recommended in their response, and there was NO additional response to the followup emails that were sent to the correct address that they provided.

5. 1/5Way too complicated & A complete rip off

   If you’re looking for a discreet, user friendly, affordable app for recording you calls, THIS IS NOT IT!This app is the worst. It is not intuitive and requires to many steps. I was trying to record a very important conversation that was lost due to the calls not merging properly. Nothing about the recording process is smooth. It is not discreet either. There is a loud beep that happens once the calls are merged. On two occasions while recording the app caused a blaring tone that me and the other person on the line could hear. It did not stop until I hung up. With RecMyCalls being such a malfunctioning, hard to use and no frills app, imagine my surprise when I realized there was a WEEKLY fee of $8.50. That’s $34 A MONTH! That’s a complete rip off and not at all worth it. I have to start paying closer attention the “after trial” costs.
