1. 5/5IT ABSOLUTELY WORKS! DON’T PAY ATTENTION TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS. I PROMISE YOU—THIS WORKS.

   I’ve had this app for so long and I couldnt be more thankful. This app is not on any BS it’s VERY straight forward, simple, and easy. All you do is call the number—then place a call to whoever your calling and it makes a 3 way call. Nobody notices, and it records everything. It’s really pathetic that some people don’t want to put in the work to learn how to use the app (its really simple i mean seriously?) and are discrediting the functionality of it because of their stupidity. Nothing really typically comes free in this world. I mean the app developers have got to make something too. It has absolutely saved my life in several ways—$9.99 for 3 months is A DEAL if you ask me!! I was SA’d and got the perp on the phone and I was able to put him behind bars. Futhermore my father was being abused and neglected in a nursing home and due to this app I was able to file a lawsuit with evidence because my state is a one party consent state—and my father got millions. I could not literally be more thankful to this app. I will definitely make a donation to their company. THANK YOU!!!

2. 1/5Recording stops spontaneously W/O WARNING!

   This is a review on the Call Recorder app by AccordMobi. I downloaded this app mostly, in part, due to high reviews. Ugh! Never again. Clearly, these reviews can be manipulated.! As you would expect, a subscription is required to use this app. Under the guise that this app functioned as promised, I opted for the 1 year subscription at $60; while the other option at $8/week did not make sense for me. Brief step-by-step instructions on How to record a phone call are included via the app. I firsI made a BRIEF practice call which appeared to work as promised. I then needed to record a very important phone convo that detailed specific events and details. it was important this data was preserved and available later for reference. Again, I followed the instructions per the app. To my dismay, I discovered that Call Recorder had spontaneously stopped recording my phone conversation 4 min and ‘x’ seconds into the conversation. No warning. No explanation. No support. No rhyme or reason. Moreover, No contact info for technical support or the developer. Its almost as if the developer listed the app in the Apple Store simply to generate revenue without any intention of supporting it. With a generic name like Call Recorder, its more difficult to track and differentiate the duds from “the realz”. If you need an app you can rely on to record phone calls from start to finish, this app is not for you!

   I’ve had the application for less than two weeks, and now it’s not logging in or even allowing the app to do anything whatsoever. It shows a notification that says “you’re not allowed to make payments at this time, please try again later“. Very annoying to have an application that has such high reviews end up being a total dud. I hope that the admin’s or dev team for this application fix it as soon as possible. I’ve already paid for a one year subscription to the application. I would hate to have to battle it out with whomever to get a refund. Ask for the actual application itself, very useful. Very user-friendly. And convenient when you can actually prepare for a phone call before hand. In instances where I have a phone call coming in and I need to record it, I simply ask the person calling to hold for one second while I connect to the application to record the conversation. Ultimately, it is a tool that Hass to be executed properly for it to function the way it supposed to. Overall, very good application; when it is functional.

   I would not recommend this app to anyone. I have lost valuable recordings that I can never get back. The app will tell you that your recordings are saved and then three seconds later it will display a system error. There is no customer service that you can audibly converse with. There is only a technical support team via email. I advised the technical support team that my recordings showed to be saved, however, did not appear in my recordings list. They advised me, against my better judgment, to delete the app in order to restore missing recordings. They ensured me that that my recordings would not be lost to follow the steps that they sent me in the email. I followed the steps exactly and wound up losing over 50 very important recordings that were valuable for legal proceedings!!!! I am forced to keep the app, because of the ones that were recovered… they will be lost if you decide to discontinue the service. Since all of my complaints, they have tried to now. Upgrade the app, but it’s still having problems and I have to delete the entire app again and again. Each time it’s taking another risk. If I were you, I wouldn’t use it!

5. 1/5Why do I hear nothing but static?!?!!

   I did two test calls and both sounded like I was changing the channel on an old television. It was nothing but static..SMH Then no free trial. I got the subscription and within two minutes, I hear a ding and see a transaction on my bank card. Initially I hit cancel but then received a notification to save 62% for the year and that'll be my "locked in rate" for as long as I use the app. So in my head, I'm like that's cool but that should've been red flag number one but in my head, I'm like it could be useful and they dropped the price by 62% so try it out and if you don't like it, cancel it next year. Yeah, that's not going to happen. I just prefer a refund and go about my way. I don't want to accidentally forget to cancel and be charged again so after this review, I will be contacting this company. I also don't like that I have to call a number first then add the call just to hear nothing but static. They just need to take this app as a list and learning experience, delete it and try all over again.
