5/5Great fitness app for tracking
I originally started using the app just as a way to track some weights I had been doing on select lifts. I then started using the pre-designed workouts based on the information I told it about my goals. Then also made a few of my own. I love the charts for tracking weights and input on technically what should be my one rep max for my lifts. I like the fitness score tracking and %of muscles activated based on your lifts. Both could be modified to be more accurate but not a big enough issue to remove a star. I also took use of their personal trainer help, because I wanted to try something different for the year. I worked with Paul who was great to change up my workouts, give me the stretching assistance I needed, and was great about listening to my goals towards increasing flexibility and making sure I’m making real progress. As someone who has a busy schedule the mobile aspect of the trainer is great. Not always having to go to a specific gym to meet in person is great. I have a lot of friends in the fitness industry but it’s hard to have their schedule match with mine. Whether you’re well versed with weightlifting or a new person to the world the app is a great tool to add to your system. Plus there is a lot of community pages to discuss various topics like food, training, music, and even video games you’re playing. You can also create a community geared towards a topic you want. The app is a great tool for creating workouts and tracking your progress. And way easier than using paper.

5/5I Can’t Believe My Luck!!
Hello all - I am 75 years old and in the worst shape I can be in and still be alive. You might wonder why I’d care about my body at this stage of my life, but I’m here to tell you that I intend to leave this earthly plane kicking! After considerable research of various “coaching” options, I landed on Caliber’s site…Sure am glad!! I needed the ability to do the work from my home. So Caliber connected me with Adriana. I’ve worked with coaches in person before and I have never run into the depth of knowledge and perception that Adriana has displayed. Though we are functioning through Zoom, she is able to see and read my body. She can tell me what needs to be corrected to improve the results of any pose. She listens to me but doesn’t allow me to slack off. She educated me as we go through the each workout as to which muscles are being worked and the anticipated outcome. Adriana is also a certified Nutritionist and reviews my menu weekly showing me how to tweak it for the best outcome in terms of weight loss and proper nutrients to support the workouts. If Caliber’s other coaches have anything close to the credentials Adriana carries, then their staff is a powerhouse of knowledge. We meet 3x a week for 50 minutes each session. My goal is to lose an additional 100# by Jan 1, 2024. But the BIG goal is to be able to walk without my walker. Check back in May for an update to my progress under Adriana’s guidance.

5/5Coaching is the best investment I’ve made in my self
I’ve been using Caliber now for over a year. The free app is really easy to use with pre-made workout programs or to create your own. It has a fairly extensive movement library, but easy enough to add a custom movement to a workout program. I like the simplicity and structure of being able to see your last workout as you log your current workout to track progressive overload. The barbell weight calculator and timers are handy, too. The app provides enough structure that whenever I walk into the gym, I know exactly what I need to do. But what I’ve found even more valuable is Caliber’s coaching program. I’ve been working with Mario for almost two months now. After talking through my fitness goals, he created a program to get me there. He uncovered some inefficiencies in my previous programming I had been doing on my own and recommended some new movements as well. I’m already noticing changes in increased strength and body composition. I’m learning a lot from sending videos of movements I struggle with and have always received prompt feedback and helpful cues for improvement. He offers guidance on nutrition in a way that feels attainable and easy to sustain. It all feels very individualized and personal. And so I think the value of my experience is well worth it. It’s reasonably priced and less expensive than other coaching programs I’ve tried previously. I think more than anything what I appreciate about my coach beyond the educational and accountability aspects is that it just feels good and motivating to have someone in your corner who’s really invested in your success and I don’t have to try to figure it all out alone.

5/5So Happy with Caliber and my Fitness Coach!
I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to highlight my extreme satisfaction with both the Caliber App/program and Maddison my fitness coach. Caliber is more than a fitness app, it’s a complete, tailored program designed to educate, align on and track one’s fitness goals and connect (well) to other adjacent health apps (Cronometer, Apple health) and wearables such as Apple Watch and the Oura ring, to name a few. This ecosystem provides me a 360 approach to my health and fitness. The absolute winning combo is the coaching support I get via Caliber. I’m a 65 yr old woman with obesity (until recently!) and a relatively new knee. I was matched with Maddison, a certified trainer, who set me up with a challenging and progressive program. We meet regularly, address modifications and monitor my progress real-time. I was hesitant at 1st about not having a trainer by my side while working out, but honestly it’s a non-issue. Thank you Caliber for this excellent program and for listening to your clients. Your app is easy to use and the updates you make are always spot on and further improves usability. After 2.5 months with your program I’m already stronger, losing weight, improving my nutrition and making major strides in my overall health! Great job Caliber team and thank you Maddison!

5/5Physical Therapist Recommended
The Caliber platform far exceeds my expectations. The app is intuitive and the training programs are rooted in evidence-based, modern exercise science. The in-depth metrics provided in the app are highly motivating. There are video tutorials for each exercise along with incredible support from the trainer. My NASM certified trainer, Alexis, is the perfect fit for me. She knows the science of exercise which is refreshing in today’s “everyone is an expert” world. We communicate daily and it seems as though she is right there with me in the gym. I can message her in real time and she gets back to me instantly. My standards are high - I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and have been practicing for over 31 years. Having the strong knowledge base of human physiology and having prescribed rehabilitation programs for others my entire career, I wanted a streamlined program for myself that could keep me on track with resistance training. Practice what I preach, so to speak. I know WHAT to do but didn’t have the motivation to carry it out on a consistent basis. I wanted a program that could I trust and was quite specific to my needs. Caliber provides that and much more. I’m 6 weeks in to my program and foresee continuing indefinitely. 5 stars!
