   I know the workouts can be painful, stretching one past their comfort zone, uncomfortable, misunderstood, dismissed as not necessary, makes no difference, what’s the use 🤔….. I will testify…. WRONG…. Being stationary on the job all day, has consequences, that’s been my experience…. However, if life is loved and enjoyed and practically desired with functionality…. as one grows older, as I am 😁…. You NEED BURN BOOT CAMP. I didn’t realize what was lost over time until I joined Burn. 💯 Everyone and I mean everyone needs to maintain, push their body to maintain functionality as we grow older. I am very motivated by the beautiful mix of trainees in burn. Speaks for itself! Come join this necessary, wonderful adventure with support, instruction, and care organically provided, as you strive to build your body to a strong functional existence. Believe me,,,, I’m struggling…. It’s no walk in the park….. however I’m built for it…. In Jesus name, where I get my strength…Amen 🙏🏽

   Are you a Burn Boot Camp member? Then this app is for you. Not only can you schedule camps and child watch, you can do Burn workouts from the comfort of your own wherever you are. Perfect for when you don’t have time, are on vacation or at your parents’ house. Got time for in person camp? This app is still for you. There are multiple videos with stretching (perfect for post camp), yoga (Sunday yoga!), form pointers and even workouts to help with your pelvic floor and pregnancy. It’s a value add to your membership and well worth the price. Are you a non-member? This app will show you how awesome Burn Boot Camp is. You get a challenging 45 minute workout with virtual high fives and support. There’s yoga, form pointers and more. If you don’t live near a Burn or are not quite ready to join, the app is perfect for you. Workout, stretch, get gear and nutrition all in the same app. It’s so worth it!

   This is the best decision I’ve made thus far as it relates to fitness. I’ve been physically inactive for a little over a year and starting back up was the most challenging part until I came across an advertisement for Boot Camp fitness Apopka. I’m beyond elated that I didn’t procrastinate and signed up. It’s been the best decision that I am NOT regretting at all. All of the fitness instructors/coaches push you through each session as they want to see you succeed and this is the ultimate motivation that I could ask for as I’ve been out of my fitness routine for quite some time and I’m glad that I’m back at it. I’d highly recommend Boot Camp to friends, family, strangers, etc. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY! Kudos to all of the instructors there… you’re doing an outstanding service! Please keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

4. 5/5Love love love- wish there were a few additions

   I have been a burn on demand member for 3 months and I am hooked. To say I love the workouts would be an understatement. Matt Morris is the best please don’t let him ever leave. I wish the on demand workouts had a date on them (to show when they aired). Some of us workout a day or two later and it would be great to be able to still follow the weekly protocol but sometimes it’s hard o identify when the specific workout was live. Also on Sundays the live workout from the day before is not updated until Monday. I love the music but would like more of the ability to change and select what I want to listen to, so maybe adding in the ability to pick like a genre or more variety would be great!

5. 3/5Could use some improvement

   App is fine but could be better. Biggest gripe is booking child watch. When you have to waitlist a kid, it says you’ll be notified if a spot opens up. I’ve never received such a notification and I’m also left to check several times before the camp I want to go to if I’m actually able to go with my kids. Please make these notifications work. I also want to be able to add more than one kid to the waitlist. There is also too much scrolling required to book a camp. If the days were condensed, you wouldn’t have to scroll so much and could just select the day/time you want. Just reformatting the display layout would help. It would be cool for the keep moving club page to have a navigable view by month so you can look back and see how many days you went to camp by which days are highlighted or not.
