"body": "Before I ask my question, I’d like to say that the app has gone through some great improvements since I first downloaded it. However, I do have one question/critique: Will there be a future where we can download shows onto our mobile devices for offline use? It would be nice to be able to watch without Wi-Fi or using cellular data. A lot of other streaming platforms do it (Netflix, Prime, National Theatre @ Home, etc., Dropout). Is it something to do with union rules? As a Broadway lover, some clarity as to why would be much appreciated!",

"body": "i love the idea of this app so much and the only things i’d say are wrong are how much it buffers/how long it takes to load everything and then the price compared to the selection, but for price and selection i can also understand, it’s just a bit annoying but hey you take what you can get when you can’t spend a million dollars on broadway tickets. :)",

"body": "My husband gave me year subscription for Christmas last year, and I have watched some amazing shows. Though there isn’t a ton of content, I have LOVED and been so moved by some of what I have seen. Unfortunately, the app is horrible. It bumps ,me out again and again, which is a pain. Worse than that several times it has said I don’t have a subscription, when I do… so that ,means asking my husband ( since he bought it) to reach out and to get it working again. This last time we have gone back and forth with Customer Service, and have finally given up. I haven’t been able to get it to work in months, and some of this is my fault because I don’t stay on top of the problem…but it’s like life is too short for apps that don’t work. Also this is not device exclusive - it doesn’t play on my phone/iPad, on the tv, or on the computer. I’m not saying don’t buy this, but know that you are probably going to have to work to use it.",

"body": "I purchased a Mother’s Day subscription for my mother and have renewed it year over year. She really enjoyed the shows but suddenly it asked for a subscription when we select any show to watch even though we have confirmed we have 4 months left on the current subscription. Contacted customer support and none of the troubleshooting recommendations have worked. We have tried the website and apps on iOS and Roku. Won’t renew this year.",

"body": "I was excited to download the app and watch shows like Kinky Boots and others in the promo. Sadly, I saw that they were nowhere to be seen. If you’re going to promo your shoes, make sure they stay in your platform. Seriously, not worth it. PS: Sad to see that the issues in the reviews haven’t been taken in consideration since I experienced most of the problems mentioned in reviews from 5 years ago.",
