"body": "I’ve always been frustrated that you can extend the mindfulness at past five minutes on the Apple Watch. I love the haptic feedback since it keeps me focused during mindfulness sessions. This app provides customizable haptic feedback associated with different sections of box breathing. However, the app stops working when my Apple Watch returns to its home screen after a minute or two and I can’t figure out how to get that to stop.",

"body": "I’m taking flute lessons and one of the things I practice is breathing technique. My instructor recommended box breathing to do during the day to train my lungs in taking in air. I’ve only been doing it one day and I already feel my breathing control is going to definitely get better. It’s a very simple and intuitive interface. I love it.",

"body": "This is a very simple, effective app for box breathing. On my watch, however, I have a major issue. Sometimes the watch app will work for as long as I want to do box breathing. Other times it just stops working after a minute or so and the watch returns to the clock screen. I have changed the “return to clock” setting on my Apple Watch to 1 hour but this seems to do nothing. I would like to reach out to support, but the support link in the App Store is broken.",
