"body": "I have anxiety and panic attacks and this app is so, so helpful. A lifesaver, even. It's very intuitive and soothing and you don't have to think or count or even look at the app. You can just listen to it and it's very easy to synchronize your breathing with it. It's also adjustable so you can work with your current ability and gradually increase the length of your in breaths, out breaths, and holds. It's very nice too look at it and you can change the color of the visual and also the sound. I prefer the guitar sound. I just can't say enough positive things about this app. I've been using it for years and it helps me manage my anxiety and I highly highly recommend it to anyone who needs help calming down or would like assistance with breath training.",

"body": "Update: have changed rating from 3-5 stars. Earlier issues have been resolved and I now have full access to all features. The design is simple and the ability to customize session timing, appearance and sound is good. My only recommendation would be to consider making the icons a bit more visible in the default off setting (Not every user will have good vision). ————————————————- I bought the app in order to remove ads and have access to the themes and sound options. Themes worked. Sound was non-existent. I deleted the app and downloaded again to see if that would fix the problem but found themes and music once again behind paywall. I would like my purchase restored with full access to the themes AND music.",

"body": "I've tried a lot of guided breathing apps, but always end up choosing Breathe+. It has a simple interface, but it lets you customize everything you might want to customize like lengths for different parts of breaths. And the waves to follow with your breathing are the best and most relaxing breathing visual I've come across! My one suggestion to the developers would be to add some options for wave colors that are compatible with the \"night mode\" concept available in the rest of the app. If you're using the app for insomnia, bright blue or bright green parts of the waves can be counterproductive and end up keeping you awake longer. I'd love to see them add some darker color options for the waves that might be more appropriate for nighttime use.",

"body": "I tried several other cardiac coherence apps. Some with all the bells and whistles, others that were straight to the point and pretty basic. This little app is the best pf both worlds! It’s straight to the point but has the options to do your breathing exercises with your eyes on your phone or eyes closed and lying your back. There is also an light/dark background option -maybe not a big deal for some, but definitely for me! There are many different (and beautiful) sound options to choose from for your inhale and exhale, or no sound at all. Either way, I love the simplicity the smoothness of the design and especially the ease into beginning one’s breathing session. All A+ for me!",

"title": "Best App! But needs one key feature...",
"body": "Discovered this app while looking to replace Breathing Zone which just ruined their app with an update. I find Breathe+ has just about everything necessary to develop & maintain a rich breathing practice. You need something simple that provides advanced features as you grow i.e. breathing ratios. Kudos to the developer for a clean, well-designed interface. However, I kindly request the ability to customize the beginning & ending rate of a session. Starting at an anxious 20 bpm - and having the app slowly guide you down to a calm 7 bpm is a great way to train yourself to deal with stress. Other than an Apple Watch app, there isn’t much else I would need from this simple and powerful app.",
