1. 5/5Small changes but still very satisfied

   The sizes are kind of confusing if I didn’t watch review videos online I wouldn’t have gotten the right side for my clothes but I got the perfect size and am extremely happy because the clothes are super sick and hella fly. The only problem is that it doesn’t seem the discounts are right like when they say it’s 40% off but it doesn’t add up correctly and another thing is that when im trying to see the back of the clothes or the side I can never see it because they won’t show it like yea it’s cool to make the person look cool in the picture but we want to to see product that we’re trying to purchase so maybe put a couple pics front back and sides and then some cool modeling poses other than that very satisfied.

2. 3/5Good clothes. Terrible customer service.

   The app is very easy to use. I don’t have any complaints besides that, unlike most clothing brand stores, you don’t see any reviews on the clothes, which I think would be helpful for the consumer. The clothes themselves vary in quality, usually from very good to mediocre. But I’ve never bought something that was outright bad. I will say, though, that for every article of clothing, it always says the model is 6’1" and wears a specific size, usually medium; when buying from boohooMAN, take into consideration the length of your limbs because what could happen is you end up buying something that is medium but might actually be too short for your arms/legs. My main gripe with this company is the customer service. The fact that you can’t cancel orders is abysmal. Their response times are poor, and they’re generally no help. If you ever order from this company, make sure every single detail is correct. If you make a mistake, you’ll have to wait for it to get there and THEN start a return. And if you accidentally order to the wrong address… well, that’s your money wasted.

3. 1/5Hit or miss and horrible Customer service.

   I've ordered from Boohoo twelve times, but unfortunately, I've had multiple negative experiences with my orders. It's quite rare for me to receive everything that I've ordered correctly - either I receive the wrong item or the quality of the item is significantly worse in person. Moreover, the customer service is almost non-existent, with only a virtual bot available to provide information. I've spent hours trying to rectify an order where I received two incorrect items, but unfortunately, the support team is not very helpful. When attempting to contact them, I was only met with automated emails and chatbots that were unable to assist me. Furthermore, despite using the app's feature that automatically copies the order number, I was informed that my order number was incorrect - a situation that has never happened to me before. Because there are no real people to talk to, I'm unable to contact anyone for help, and I'm left with the wrong items and poor-quality products that don't fit me properly.

4. 5/5Clothing for Big and Tall people

   Okay (1) I love the clothes I find on the app and enjoy it all the time, because there are cloths for different people styles on there and I always find things that I like on here like band shirts, (2) when I first bought clothes from here I I was like exited and almost everything fit on me but the sweaters and the jackets that I order, which is fine I man could lose some weight. (3) if your a big and Tall person in the U.S. I would recommend always I can’t repeat this enough always order a size up not down because it size is a bit off from over in the UK than in the US but (Get A Size Up Than Your Actual Size) so you too can be happy with your purchases. :)

5. 3/5Good, but…

   This app is super easy to browse and i like the user interface a lot. it’s a breeze to navigate and fun to shop on, but the only thing that’s tripped me up are the size guides. when you view the “Details” page, it’ll say “Model is 6’1” and wears size 32r” but when i view the size chart, it doesn’t show 32r anywhere. and the measurement shown in the display don’t match the measurements necessary to the article of clothing. there’s no clear way to reference the chart against the labels shown in the picture at the bottom. i’m about to order pants but i’m not confident that they’ll fit. i know that’s a risk of online shopping but you should at least try to have a user friendly size guide so that people have the lowest chance of buying the wrong size. other than that, it’s a good app. i’ve got some cool stuff in my cart for black friday and i’m excited to see if it all fits :)
