"body": "Be very careful. Bitcoin is supposed to be instant, but it isn’t because behind the scenes they are doing something that they should not be doing. You will not get the full amount of your income claimed on their app. Also the Management is poor. They have way too many clients and are not able to professionally manage client. This creates situations that leave their clients without a response without a response for hours, even once they’ve read your message asking for assistance.",
