   I chose HiBob because even though I am now a CHRO for a tech company, I started out as a software engineer. So I know that UX and a beautiful, well designed environment to work in make such a huge difference in our daily lives. This is the space we are spending our days in! It should be beautiful and comfortable to work in. HiBob has never disappointed. In addition, you can tell that their R&D department is a well functioning machine. Every time I wish they had a feature it seems like they release it. Great features, easy to learn (so many how to videos!), fun to use (so employees engage with it daily), and excellent tech support. I love it!

2. 1/5Frustrating App

   My company uses hibob time tracking and other HR tasks. The platform in the web browser seems fine but the app is very frustrating. The only reason I have the app is to clock in and out, but that seems to be too tall of a task for the app. 90% of the time when I load the app to clock in I get greeted with a blank grey/white loading page that takes a solid 30 seconds to load every time. Now I completely get that the app needs to fetch the latest updates from the server to display the feed and whatnot. But why the heck can’t the app cache the clock in or out button, store my time entry in memory, then whenever it finally connects to its slow cloud server send the information? Instead I’m sitting around waiting on the app to load so I can clock out and go to lunch or whatever. Other apps don’t have this problem. We switched time tracking from Tsheets not that long ago and that app never had this problem, I suspect because the app loaded similarly to how I just described. All in all this app is a nuisance that I unfortunately have to deal with every day multiple times a day.

   Brilliant and Beautiful! Requesting time off is my favorite feature. It allows me to submit time off at the very moment I’m planning with my family. Simply amazing!

4. 1/5Racist company and platform with many flaws.

   It’s sad to see the company that provide HR platform and promote to help HR is racist.. I was drawn to the company for it’s values, what they promote and was inspired to apply there. I was rejected outright after they found out that I’m an Arab Palestinian - was in my mid of the process before I got indirect rejection from the CEO himself. I’d advise instead of wasting time promoting false values and fake diversity to focus on the platform that has many weaknesses and flaws.

5. 1/5Always crashing.

   I’ve just recently downloaded this app per my company’s recommendation and I have not even been able to utilize it because it keeps crashing. I have tried the mobile site which just pushes for the app which doesn’t work. I have documents I need to review for my job that I’m unable to because this app doesn’t work.
