1. 4/5Gets the job done

   Not as easy to use as advertised. Why am I forced through crop and filter steps when all I want to do is blur? If I have to use to fingers to pan and zoom while using the paintbrush, why is that also the control for rotating the image? I didn’t download a photo rotating app, I just want to blur. Why are there two different white circle tools under paintbrush? What is the non-default one for? The default, second white circle seems to work, so IDFK what the other ones are. There’s an auto blur feature, but that blurs the whole image instead of the faces I’m after. What was your auto mode supposed to do? Am I just getting old, or is this app bloated with half baked nonsense instead of being really good at the one thing I want it to do well?

2. 4/5Great photo blurring app so far

   I needed a simple but effective blur tool for a photo with addresses on it, and this worked like a charm. I was able to blur my photos and adjust how "blurred" I wanted them--completely or "partially" with the outline of the letters still somewhat visible. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to adjust the strength of the blurring tool, but once I learned my way around the "Effects" tab, all worked fine. I appreciate how the number and frequency of ads is acceptable and non-intrusive. You can use this app without too much interference from long ads.

3. 5/5Very Good! (*Updating to Excellent and 5 Stars!)

   *Updating my review to 'Excellent' and 5 stars due to the fact that I contacted the creator of the app about considering my suggestion below, in my original review, concerning the Exif data and he immediately got back to me, said he would add it to his todo list, contacted me again within 24 hours to confirm what I was suggesting and needed, and then made it happen in an update. All within 2 days of my suggestion!!! That is amazing and he truly understands 'customer service', which can be a rare thing to find these days! It works fantastic and I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you! I HIGHLY recommend this fine app, purchase with confidence. Nice app layout, tools are very straightforward and easy to use. Purchased the ad free version right out of the app and that went smoothly and they were removed immediately from the app without having to close it and restart (impressive!). Saves your edited photo with only a bit of resolution loss. I’d give this app five stars if it would leave the Exif data (metadata) in the file. That data is important to some of us who upload photos to sites in hopes of selling our photography. Please consider making this change to your very good app; it would become an 'Excellent' app at that point!

4. 5/5Useful, no hassles, no hidden agenda, until now: pay fee for previously free features.

   April 2019. Updated The app still works pretty well amd is very useful and easy to use, but my frustration has become that the developer has since snuck in and locked blurry features that were free and now require payment to use them. They call the purchase a Pro Update. Should be called a Sneaky Update. As many developers have been doing to their once free features. Why don’t developers stick to their high honor and keep free features free and improve the app more and then ask for a fee for that. In the marketing pictures that you see here, they use features that are unlocked to give you many blurry options, such as a full Freeze blur, a Crystal blur, a Fast Speedy background blur. But you won’t know it till you get this amd find that the tires are flat and can’t use them. Only two blurry button features are now available. You can still make the blurry area into a large or small circle, about the size of three diameters of heads of pins. You have a nice option to determine how far from your finger the blurred area will be and four options of how thick your opacity blurredness will be. It does a lot of very good features still. No improvements since. Suggest that you just sell the app up front period with no pro features. Everyone is doing pro features to previously free ones. That is ethical. I appreciate that it is free. Please respond to your complaints/suggestions editors. For years bad comments are made and you keep quite. ————— Past review I’ve had great experience with this app for a very long time. Works we’ll every time. I’ve never had problems with it. I’m happy with this app. I hope that you too will enjoy it’s benefits. Thank you all developers.

5. 5/5Skeptical at first but works great!

   I was a little hesitant to get this app because there were so many reviews about people saying it doesn’t work. But then I read the developers reply to those comments and it said there is an X in the top left corner. And when I click the X, lo and behold I can use the blur feature as much as I want at no charge. Ads are minimal and IMO well worth the 30 seconds for a few pics. Great free product!!
