5/5They say it’s Hassle Free Return but it’s NOT
Their App is GREAT!! Quality is just Amazing!! BUT their Cust serv is not! I ordered 2 suits of size M (exact same measurement details mentioned in both) but one was Extra loose and the other was extra-Extra small FAR away from mentioned measurements. Plus they delayed it by 10 days!! They NEVER returned the items despite several messages and me giving all the details over n over. I will still shop here but will customize clothing next time.

4/5Beware of this company, potential scam
I am updating this review after Aza finally gave me a refund. Thank you for addressing the issue. Original: Beware of this company they don’t take accountability for sending you wrong item! I went to India for a wedding and ordered an outfit from Aza. They took my money, sent me the completely wrong dress in the wrong size - it was useless to me. Aza has agreed multiple times over phone and email to accept the return, but then they ignore me and never actually complete the return pick up. I’ve lost count of the number of emails and WhatsApp’s I’ve sent back and forth with this company for over 3 months now. They are just refusing to take accountability for their mistake. Never ever shopping with Aza again.

4/5Issue with size but nice garnments
Update: Aza contacted me about the issue and agreed to waive the restocking fees. Original: I ordered two expensive garnments and picked the size following their size guide. Medium was suppose to be 40 inches at the chest but it's actually 42. 40 would have been a tiny bit big but since it's suppose to be loose it was better than too small. But 42 is way too big. Now even though the garnments are bigger than what advertised for, they still want to charge me $50 for restocking when the mistake is on them. So instead of exchanging I am asking a refund and lose my $50 but will never order from them ever again.

My cousin in NY had recommended me shop on this fashion app, they have a lot of boutiques, and a wide selection of desi styles are available there. Even though there are so many other brands to shop from, my cousin still shops from Aza Fashions for its excellent customer service, product quality and satisfaction. For the last five years, she's been shopping from Aza and even today it's so good.

But the items are kind of hit or miss. I already have two orders where the outfits’ color are different from the photos (I am very happy with one gown so it’s not all disappointment). Shipping is timely and returns are easy (though it WILL cost you). Maybe there should be a process to ensure shops post accurate pictures? Or a policy where the return handling fee is waived if the items don’t match the pics and/or description? I like being able to browse several brands at once, but having to return twice because the items are not what I expect is bothersome and costly.

          "body": "Update: Aza contacted me about the issue and agreed to waive the restocking fees. Original: I ordered two expensive garnments and picked the size following their size guide. Medium was suppose to be 40 inches at the chest but it's actually 42. 40 would have been a tiny bit big but since it's suppose to be loose it was better than too small. But 42 is way too big. Now even though the garnments are bigger than what advertised for, they still want to charge me $50 for restocking when the mistake is on them. So instead of exchanging I am asking a refund and lose my $50 but will never order from them ever again.",

Even though there are so many other brands to shop from, my cousin still shops from Aza Fashions for its excellent customer service, product quality and satisfaction. For the last five years, she's been shopping from Aza and even today it's so good.",

          "body": "But the items are kind of hit or miss. I already have two orders where the outfits’ color are different from the photos (I am very happy with one gown so it’s not all disappointment). Shipping is timely and returns are easy (though it WILL cost you). Maybe there should be a process to ensure shops post accurate pictures? Or a policy where the return handling fee is waived if the items don’t match the pics and/or description? I like being able to browse several brands at once, but having to return twice because the items are not what I expect is bothersome and costly.",
