1. 1/5EXTREMELY UNCLEAR DESCRIPTIONS FOR THE UPGRADED VERSION & THE FREE VERSION. NEED ASSISTANCE ASAP.

   I'm quite frustrated because I need to use an authenticator app and this was the only app with a substancial amount of downloads & reviews. I download this "free" app just to be led to a payment option to upgrade, but there is NOT any information or list explaining the advantages of upgrading and what's not included on the free version of the app.... PLUS, to get to the free version there's a discomforting sales tactic as the link to continue without upgrading/paying that reads "STAY UNPROTECTED" like WHAT? The ENTIRE purpose of this app is to PROTECT my apps & passwords so why would I download it if it's literally stating it won't protect me...? PLEASE clarify the properties that the Upgraded version has that the Free version does not, as well as a list of properties that the free version WILL provide for me. It's honestly quite mind boggling that I have to PAY for app & account security for my Macbook... not everyone has the pretty penny to blow on overpriced subscriptions every month, I don't care if it's $4- I can't afford it. I am REQUIRED to use some sort of Authentication App for work so I'm really stuck right now because I fear taking a chance with the other free apps considering the POOR ratings or >100 ratings/downloads to research from. I could care less if it was any other type of app but this is for the sole purpose of SECURITY.... Why would I download a possible fraudulent app and why doesn't Apple desipher hacker apps before releasing them to the public to download. I just need to get into my accounts so can this developer contact me ASAP before I lose my job due to inability to follow simple instructions...thanks.

2. 4/5Excellent App but Limited Widget

   The application itself is done absolutely brilliantly and is easily my favorite to use. First the good stuff: The UI is super clean and neat. It syncs to your iPhone and iPad. Click to copy. Browser Extension. Optional Menu Bar Icon and Widget. Everything "just works", and the entire design is fluid and intuitive. There are two caveats to this app that make it difficult to adopt for my use case: 1: The Wdiget is limited to only 3 codes, including on the Phone. Other applications use the "old" style of iPhone widget to give a much bigger list (9 in my case). Unfortunately I need that widget or my workflow will slow down. 2: The app does not support bulk importing/exporting of QR codes. Things would have gone a lot faster if I could have just dragged a stack of QR codes onto the importer rather than having to select them one by one.

3. 3/5Functional and secure, but pricey, and generically marketed

   My first impression is, the "brand" or title of the product is too simple (read:generic). That branding isn't indicative of a solid, reliable, and security-minded solution it provides. I'm sorry, but it's hard to trust a generic name like that, espcially for $49/yr. Now, I know that the technology put into this isn't cheap, and the support should be solid, but I agree with those that have suggested a $20-$30 price tag. I firmly believe it would attract more buyers, hence, more widely used implementation, and thus, better discounts on infrastructure. My 2¢.

4. 5/5Seamless and Excellent 2FA App

   I am still a bit concerned about the sync-ing and security aspect of my 2FA codes even though I really did not have any issues and have been using it for a while now. In today’s time you have to be vigilant what software you use and who made it due to security and things being in the cloud. Not a dig specifically to 2Stable but in general. I just want to emphasize here that you DO NOT have to use the sync-ing feature but it really is so well done and convenient that I’ve given my trust as I can’t live without it now. With this being said though, this is by far the best designed 2FA application I’ve ever used. It’s just seamless whether I use it on my iPhone or my Mac. I was surprised so many times even after using it for a couple of years now how smart the app is to fill out 2FA codes. Extremely well designed and works amazingly well. The only thing I’m saddened by is that it’s not available on Windows as well. I work on both PC and Mac workstations and I would pay in a second for a Windows version as well. Great job overall to 2Stable team. Keep at it, you have a winner here.

5. 5/5Not Your Typical App Reviewer

   I don’t typically review apps; however, after receiving excellent customer care to answer my question - less than 5 minutes via email, I decided to break that trend of not reviewing. This app is an excellent alternative to MS Authenticator and have been able to use this for places that state I “must” us MS Authenticator. Easy to use. Easy to share between devices to keep things synced. I upgraded to Premium since my needs are enough to justify. And it is worth it.
