   Decent, clean layout! Easy to use, no complicated hoops to jump through. They keep it simple! 👍 Two small glitches, nothing big - When opening the (food) menu a video pops up taking over the screen and it’s oddly automatically at about 3/4 or completely “played” and the “video” is just a blank white screen? It’s odd. Luckily, hitting the X just gets rid of it and you’ve got the food menu. Happens again when ‘Drinks’ is tapped within the food menu. Second issue: A tap on ‘Catering’ (again within the food menu) results in the app continually trying to load. I’m definitely not looking for catering. I was just browsing the app, but the company clearly has an interest in fixing this. I don’t visit their restaurants often. It’s a rare splurge for me, but their pretzels are definitely really tasty. If you frequent them often, it’s definitely worth getting the app to make an account and earn some free snacks! Would recommend!

2. 1/5This App is A Nightmare

   I have never had a harder time using an app in my entire life. Auntie Anne’s is extremely overpriced, but I like their pretzels from time to time. So I decided to get the app to save some money when buying them. I have had two problems that made me want to throw my phone into the ocean and never see this app again. The first problem I encountered was when I tried logging in and they came back with incorrect password. I thought I might have just input something wrong, but I couldn’t figure it out so I just reset my password. When it asked me to input a new password I just used the password I wanted to use in the first place and it hit me with the “you cannot use a password you have used previously” I have only ever used one password with this app so this is literally the password that doesn’t let me sign in, but also doesn’t let me use it as a new password. Once I got through my first issue, actually using the service is impossible, I tried ordering online and believe me I tried everything restarting, resetting, tweaking just about every other variable and every time I try to checkout it says the same thing “error validating basket” I hate this app so much, it has caused me so much pain and way too much of a headache, it makes me not ever want to go to auntie Anne’s again despite their quality food and quality in person service.

3. 1/5Upset with promotion and service!

   We drove 30 minutes plus traffic to take part in the free pretzel promotion for members. After waiting the line for a total of 25 minutes we were told they were out of the free pretzels. We all thought they were making more so we would wait some more. However when it was finally our turn, there were literally 4 cups of pretzel bites left and 2 pepperoni pretzels. I asked for the pretzel bites to count for my free pretzel, but the cashier said she couldn’t do that. I handed my card to pay and said it was too bad since we drove and waited over an hour in total time, and she unnecessarily and rudely replied that “they didn’t have to stay open past 8 but they did”. My kids were shocked, I was shocked, we all couldn’t believe it. I paid for the pretzels and when we got to the bottom of the cup they were all burned. Horrible experience all around!

4. 2/5Opened a portal to another dimension

   It was a cold rainy day and I was in line to get a pretzel, you know, to warm me up. Auntie Anne’s had a promotion going on where if you had the app you could redeem a free pretzel. It’s always good to get a free pretzel, so like any other person I redeemed it. But when the cashier handed me the pretzel, she uttered the words “Crabo Brabo!” It turned out that the cashier was a witch from the land of Salem, Massachusetts. The pretzel then transformed into a portal to the Pretzacellious dimension, and sucked me and a few innocent civilians in. It was madness there. There were these horrifying sentient pretzels called the Pretzelanions, who took us captive in their pretzel prison. Ever since, they have been doing science experiments on us and have dissected every other innocent civilian that was sucked in, and I’m next. This app has destroyed my life, I just wanted a free pretzel.

5. 1/5Rude staff

   Second time we’ve walked all the way down to the only auntie Anne’s in the Walden Galleria in Buffalo NY only to be met with lack of product and rude staff. We decided to order a meal instead since my daughter wanted a dip with her pretzels and figured it would be cheaper so we ordered the combo with the drink and dip. But then she didn’t give us a dip. She said it wasn’t included. I said that’s why we ordered the drink because if she was getting the dip anyway. She said oh it does come with the birtnday cake ones. Like what difference does it make? If you can get cinnamon why wouldn’t you be able to get the new birthday ones. So then we have to pay $1.59* more for a dip. My order was to be a small cup of nugget combo but they didn’t have that so we’re pushed to spend over $12 for that combo. And they were barely even warm. And the girl was just rude.
