1. 5/5Are you Tall? ✅ What about Curvy? ✅ ASOS has got you my friend.

   I ❤️ ASOS! Been shopping there for yrs. bc for one, their TALL line is pretty extensive and cute! I’m 6’ tall, which is on the “extra” side of that spectrum, in the retail world & require longer than 32-34” inseams AND more than just longer pants & jeans lol. 😜 Two, bc my weight fluctuates and they have trendy, unique cute stuff in their CURVE line as well. (I float between 10-14). Three, bc I have a large chest (38G) & they have cute bras for larger chests that aren’t astronomically overpriced… and then on top of that, they’re on TOP of it with new, cute & fashionable inventory daily! Finally, they also carry larger shoe sizes, AND a wider width line of them, too! Oh, one more thing lol… I enjoy the express shipping + other perks of being an “A-lister” (their words, not mine!) 😆 So yeah… Keep up the good work ASOS!! 🙌🏼 More shops need to accept that ppl are just taller, & bigger in general, nowadays, so they should reflect the reality of that… Can’t think of anything bad to say actually; beyond that it would be cool if certain* things were cheaper but I also get that the process is extensive to create good clothing & you get what you pay for & all that jazz too. Now, if I do think of anything not so great to say, I’ll update my review then bc I like to keep it real. ☺️

2. 3/5Policy Change was a MISTAKE

   I’ve been shopping at ASOS since probably 2010. Because the store has so many items in different categories, it really made good business sense with their policy on free shipping and free returns. Especially when there are no stores in the US that you could go and try stuff on. This policy for me was one of the reasons I continued to shop there. While I may have had a lot of returns I’ve also spent thousands of dollars on clothing and accessories that I kept. The most common reason for my returns would be the description was not at all relevant to the item or the quality was below par when I received it. And while I had a lot of returns, I’ve also had to deal with the incompetence of some of the employees who did not process my returns correctly, and that caused a lot of problems, some of which are still unresolved, resulting in a financial loss for me, not ASOS. I read their recent new policy on how they will process their returns and I think this is going to be something that will keep me from shopping at ASOS in future months and even years. I’ve successfully managed several businesses over the years and I find that when companies decide to change their policies and those policies are reversing or going backwards. It’s never good for their revenue and the customer service declines rapidly. Which in this case is already suffering, as their communication methods are one of the worst when having a problem and the only way to discuss it with an ASOS employee is to use their email system or the chat. Which in both cases are mediocre at best.

   This is my go to store. So many fly clothes and overcoats at affordable and bargain prices. And the clothing is high quality, stylish, and well made. There are two glaring shortcomings that is preventing ASOS from being a 5 star shopping experience. 1) Too much additional searching is required to find different colors of the same shirt. I should be able to click a turtleneck, and then click another box to see all the additional colors offered in that particular turtleneck. However, on ASOS, it does not work like that. One has to manually type in the item, and search for additional colors offered. This takes too much time to do and needs to be corrected. 2) They don’t restock sold out items. There are clothes that I have been waiting for 3 months or more to restock! This makes no sense from a business sense. If an item sells out that means it’s popular, so the next step should be to replenish the item to make more money. Only when a item doesn’t sell does it make sense to not restock that item. Aside, from those 2 glaring shortcomings, ASOS is the truth. They’re far superior to Fashionova, and I will continue to buy my clothes and overcoats from here. The fit assistant is a great feature as well. I was going to purchase my clothes in large, but after entering in my details, it recommended a medium. And sure enough the shirts and overcoat I purchased fit me perfectly! The ability to upload photos of clothing, and have the system find comparable items is a great feature too. Keep doing what you do ASOS, just eliminate those 2 shortcomings I listed, and you guys will be 5 star company!

4. 4/5Soo customer friendly!!

   I love shopping on this app! To begin, I love their products and brand in general. They have a large range of sizing, including a petite section that has a wide variety of products and styles. I find this cool as it is hard to picture myself wearing some things when I know the model wearing it is nearly a foot taller than me. Also it is rare to find a store that has a petite section with common styles and variety. But the app in specific is super user friendly! Online shopping can be hard due to different brands sizing but their size guide is more helpful and advanced than any other website/store I’ve ever seen. You can choose your size in certain brands and it helps you figure out your right size for their products! And it works because I’ve ordered from both petites and general sizing and loved everything. Also their shipping is amazing!!! So fast and easily trackable! I had express shipping on my last order for only $7. I never use express shipping because normally its ridiculous! The only thing I would suggest to improve the store and make the experience even better is to create some kind of rewards program! Urban outfitters has a decent one and since I’m a frequent buyer from ASOS it would serve me well! :)

5. 1/5Worst nightmare.

   I ordered my first order on 07 Feb, and it was to be delivered on 24th , however it did not reach and I contacted the customer care and asked them to check and the lady said give them few more days it will reach. I waited till 15 March and they said they are very sorry and it will reach to me soon. But I had one more order that was made on 23rd Feb which was supposed to reach on 14th March which didn’t reach either and they said they are checking it and they are very sorry. Both of these were shipped different dates and in the end tonight I asked for an update after waiting for days they tell me both my orders are lost and they can’t send me replacement either . Lol how funny is this . Lost both the orders sent different dates and the only solution is getting refund after 10 days later. I never had such an experience with any other brands or sites I use for ordering online . Sure there are delays or one package might be lost but them telling me both my packages are lost . Also they told me non of the clothes I ordered can be replaced. And had they even had the stock they cannot shipped it express despite the fact it was both lost as they didn’t track these orders . The customer care team was my biggest nightmare. I am from a small country name Maldives where there r 100s of resorts servicing to guests and this was the worst customer care I ever had through any sites or place. I would not recommend anyone to waste money and wait for their clothes only to be told they lost it and ur never seeing the clothes u waited for . Cox it’s pretty hardcore disappointing.

   Very disappointed with ASOS customer service. I followed all return instructions exactly, confirmed the address with a support agent, and still ended up sending the parcel to the wrong location due to incorrect information from their side. As a result, I lost time and money, and now have to fix a problem I didn’t cause. Completely unacceptable experience. I expect a refund of return costs and proper resolution.

   Bad experience, fake discounts, bad support, very rude and unsupportive. I wouldn't recommend it for shopping. I would rather shop in shein which are lower quality but at least you get real discounts.
