Overall I love the device it’s small, easy to setup kinda, yesterday when I was doing a photo shoot only half the files saved properly for deep color, thankfully I don’t rely on that as my only method for good shots but still somewhat disappointing, the only other disappointing thing is if I have live view on it’s about 1 second delayed to my camera, overall once I get to know the features more and use it more I will like it more, the pics I’ve used in deep color are dramatically better in every way, I haven’t tried many other modes yet but I’m excited to

5/5An exceptional product
I had the original arsenal and now have upgraded to the Arsenal 2 pro. The original product helped my photography tremendously and there are major improvements in the new model. The service has been outstanding with very rapid delivery and when I had one question it was answered in less than eight hours. This is a product that any photographer looking for help and improving their pictures should consider seriously.

5/5First Outdoor Shot
First time using it outside after just receiving it a week ago and it froze. Blue light showed power was on but couldn’t turn it off. Would not connect to app even though it found the WiFi name. I was able to get 1 photo and then it froze. No 10 second hold on button, no WiFi. App completely froze too. I reached out to their support and will update when I hear back. Update—— recent shooting everything worked for the entire time and results were great!!!

1/5Worthless device and app. Do not buy!!
Very disappointing experience with Arsenal 2 Pro Application and device. The main reason why I purchased Arsenal 2 Pro ($250 plus shipping) because of nice functions like crowd control (removing moving objects like people, birds, etc), exposure bracketing, focus stacking, long exposure stacking (long exposure effect without ND Filters) BUT all of these functions are only producing output LOW quality JPG image (about 2mb) which lost all the details and impossible to work with in Lightroom to correct it. Due to this huge problem, this device so far is just worthless equipment for any person who works with raw files. On the top of it the battery is draining so fast. On the standby connect it to camera and phone only will last probably 2 hours and even less when you actually taking pictures or in operational mode ( probably around an hour). So you definitely will need a power bank if you want to take longer timelapses or use it longer then an hour. I wish these information would be disclosed during the purchase. Lots of people also reported connection problems. I personally did not. Also the Arsenal gives an error messages that are impossible to understand without troubleshooting via email with support. But to get reply email from might takes days or currently Matt did not reply to my email already for 5 days. Ryan and customer service refuses provide an answer on when will we have raw/dng files for STACKED images. When will we have panorama function? When will we have the BULB mode? At the current stage this device does not worth the money or trouble. If they update main functions of stacked images to produce raw/dng file, i would retest it again and update review if necessary.

2/5Disappointing
I just got my Arsenal 2 today. I tried focus stacking using my Sony A7 RIII with very poor results. First, it takes forever to shoot the photos. You would think it could snap five photos in a matter of seconds but it actually takes several minutes. I was stunned by how long it took. From there things only got worse. I tried waiting patiently for the photos to appear in the gallery within the app and the stacked photo to be created. It never succeeded. Some of the photos would appear in the gallery but never all of them. Consequently the merged stack was never created. I waited at least ten minutes each time. Also, the battery runs down quickly. I don’t see how you could possibly shoot a long time lapse without the battery going dead. If this is the best I can expect I’ll be sending it back. I was so hopeful but my hopes were dashed.
