   Look, maybe I just got an amazing support representative and I felt compelled to share a review. A friend sent Link and Shib to her wallet but through the wrong network (cronos instead of ETH) For over 2 years we thought the money was lost until we got through to Graham who not only walked us through how to recover the funds, but stayed on the line with us for 2 hours as we problem solved to recover them. Crypto world can be challenging for many who are just getting in, and having ambassadors and support like Graham gives light to the ecosystem that is being built. It makes people feel comfortable that if all goes wrong there are experts that can help you, walk you through and find solutions. Graham is a rockstar. Simple as that. We need more people like this who dedicate their time and patience to help the common folk understand the crypto world better

2. 5/5Updated review 😀. Excellent costumer service.

   My new card arrived yesterday and it is working fine. I was able to restore my wallet. I left a negative review in the past and I want to update to a positive review after having a positive experience with Arculus’ costumer service. The new card works as advertised. I was able to paired it with my phone with no issue this time around. It worked wonderfully. Thanks Arculus team for shipping a new card in a timely manner. The addition of new coins such as Cardano and XLM makes this new card a worthy upgrade from the Edition Zero Card. I highly recommend the Arculus new Card because it is by far the easiest cold storage for crypto in the market to use. No power require. The most important thing is that Arculus has great customer service and they are willing to help you out if help is needed.

3. 1/5DO NOT USE

   Do not use this wallet unless you want to lose your crypto. Glad I only tested a small amount. I deleted the app then reinstalled with the CORRECT pass phrase, same one I had written down and used to confirm when setting up the wallet. However, when the wallet was restored there was nothing on it. Support was responsive, but there was nothing they could do about it. Do yourself a favor and choose something else. Update: in response to the Developer’s reply I can tell you I don’t make any mistakes. I confirmed the wallet pass phrase with the same pass phrase I used later. This is EXACTLY why I was testing it - to make sure there were no issues and there were! I should also add that the other wallet I was using to transfer coins back and forth with the Arculus is now having issues with the coin I used in the transfer! It’s like the Arculus wallet was infected with something that is now causing an issue in my other wallet and ONLY AFTER using it to transfer that one coin to and from Arculus! It is ONLY that coin, no other coins in my other wallet are experiencing problems.

4. 5/5Arculus Customer Support Line Conversation

   My name is Dan and I called the support line just earlier today. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out in regards to potentially looking into allowing users to adjust the blockchain fees based on speed in receiving their Bitcoin out of your cold storage. I shared with them that the three options to me is not enough and would love to be able to know I am paying average price on fees and that if I want to slow down the txr, I can do that by paying less. Hope you guys look into how Muun Wallet does this as a guide, and if you are able to integrate it with your app, I do not see any other negatives with your product. The Arculus Experience is unmatched and would be happy to tell others about it once this is resolved!

5. 4/5The app disappeared from my phone like I never had it installed.

   Craziest situation happened today . The app was strait up missing from my iPhone 14 max . I looked and searched using search and nothing. I went to AppStore and downloaded it once again. I was hesitant to restore the wallet because of the horror stories, you here or someone download it from the App Store and resulted in someone cleaning them out. I downloaded the app once again, installed it and entered my private keys after setting up a new pin. The balance read zero! Then changed to my actual balance . Thankfully! So relieved as I was, still Id already recommended this wallet to about 20 people and I purchased my wife one for Christmas, so this was a little troubling . I don’t want to lose my own funds, let alone be responsible for someone else’s losing theirs. I fully agree with the opinion above where it would be nice to see an ability to hide a balance and have multiple wallets within one app controlled by which pin is entered chooses to opens the desired wallet. I also do agree that this is the simplest easily adaptable method there is to cold store keys, therefore locking your coins on chain. I don’t know if everyone understands this is how it functions or not . Oterwise this would be five stars, as it dos provide a great option .
