   This is absolutely ridiculous. Ambra is worthless and it just said there are no studies to show. Well, I’ve had MRI’s, x-rays, CT scans on my spine recently. I was always able to pull the images right up on my chart . I want to know why I have to sign up or in to this worthless app that does not work. I want to see my images but this pitiful requirement to use this site is just wrong. I have had numerous images taken within the last 3 months, the latter being on May 31st. The reports are on my chart but this Ambra thing says I have no images to show. Like WTH is up with that. Firstly, What a waste of time and secondly it doesn’t work at all. I demand to see my images on mychart just like I always have. I do not want to be given the run around just to see my results that I’m very entitled to view. Get rid of this 3rd party nonsense and let me see my results. My health is not a game and to not be able to see them is definitely against my rights over my medical findings. Get rid of it or MyChart will be losing patients, physically as well as mentally. Absolutely terrible I would not have even given one star for this but I have to just go send my review. Pitiful idea just to put patients through undo stress.

2. 5/5Patient’s who can’t use Ambra, here’s how to have a great experience

   As a patient, you can gain access to this program, but you need help from your participating health care program. Basically, you just need to have their records department share an old Ambra image with your email address. Then, sign in to your account by going through your health service (MyChart, for instance) then Test Results, get an automatic sign in link to view your imaging. Once you’re there, select all your imaging, and share them to your email address. Now that you have an Ambra account, and all your records are available through your Ambra account, all of your records will be available through this app. Note: After each new imaging, you’ll need to access Ambra through your health service account, through the Ambra portal, and then it’ll also be available. I’ve had to figure this all out through being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, getting stable imaging results, and learning as much as I can. MRIs are paramount to the status of multiple sclerosis patients, and this app has earned 5-stars for me!!

3. 1/5Absolute Worst App

   This is by far the absolutely worst app I have ever attempted to use. I say attempted, because it does not work & is like trying to navigate a maze that is impossible to get out of. Even something as simple as trying to log in is virtually impossible. It doesn’t even allow you to enter your date of birth manually. Which means you must scroll through the calendar forever until you can get to your DOB. And forget about accessing your X-rays. Every time I click on the image I need to view from my medical portal, the app either says, nothing found or pulls up a different option than what I requested. And even when I try to download that image, it doesn’t work. Shame on any medical facility that requires the use of this garbage app to access medical images.

   I’m 74 years old or 888 months old. That means I would have to tap more than 888 times to select my birth date to get this app to allow me to see my bulging apps. I’ve made my share of stupid mistakes and taken my share of hits for them. But never like this. Don’t you test your your apps? Where is your common sense? You must be an idiot or stupid. I’m freaking going out of my mind. No wonder we have astronauts stuck on the the ISS, door plugs falling out of airplanes, liars being elected to the presidency. What’s going on people. You really expect me to sit here tapping 888+ times to select my birthdate to birthdate to see my bulging discs.

   Unconscionable Four years of patients unable to login and access their own medical information? And nothing has changed. My husband has brain cancer and we have URGENT decisions to be made and cannot access his own MRI images. Which we could easily get from a different medical group when we lived in another state. But why am I even writing this because it’s the same story that people have been saying about this app for at least four years.
