   I have to be honest I have found products that I absolutely love and purchase from the site that I found for a dollar and then there are other things that I absolutely love I’m a woman with severe epilepsy I have been buying the pants that are very stretchy and they have been perfect although I’ve been losing weight I’m going on trying to find the correct size Some pants that fit perfectly some happen to big I absolutely love a T-shirt that I got that has the American flag buying gifts for other people I did purchase a toy for my grandson unfortunately that will have to be saved for the new baby and I did wait saving up funding and I can’t wait to hear my grandsons giggle when they see the next toy that I bought it literally has a family swing your place in a tree and everybody can be together sounds silly but a child’s laugh is Like such a beautiful sound I just purchased headbands for our new baby granddaughter oils essential oils essential oil perfumes I absolutely love being able to give those for gifts for my daughter-in-law and for my daughter never mind myself but I wish they could look into companies that are selling products on here that you’re able to find in a dollar store.I love China rain the fact that I’ve spent a bit of money on it and then finding the exact same product upset me a great deal but I think that’s because I’m living on a disability and I literally make every penny count i’m extremely grateful except for that bottles of China rain that I have purchased now I have people looking all over the place I think we all would do that Hope everybody stays healthy👌

2. 5/5Orders list can no longer be trusted

   Orders list, no longer accurate in regard to returns and refunds. So many missing. Evidently there is no one at the helm Checking the functionality of the app’s or the website’s orders lists. Perhaps with all their money they should be hiring better developers for their app both online and iPhone. Get it together guys when I am relying on you and spending thousands of dollars a year (And sometimes thousands of dollars a month), I need to see the status of my returns and immediately on my orders list as they used to be up until a few months ago when the orders list seemed to fall apart, interestingly, right about the same time as your developers started moving the buttons around on the homepage again, and again, apparently trying to kill time and preserve their jobs when they should be looking at the functionality and the intuitive set up of your customers lifeline – – their “orders list.” I don’t know how much money you guys are making, but don’t make enough money not to NEED know IMMEDIATELY that you have received my return and that a refund is pending, or more importantly refund received. I had to call the company today.– – No longer an easy task – – just to find out if I had been refunded on a crushed vitamin bottle I was forced to seek a refund for, again on your call center, since there was no way, apparently any longer to do so on my orders list If I were in charge, I would put someone way more qualified into developing and watching over the functionality of Orders List. I realize that may mean that you have to spend more money on a developers salary, but that shouldn’t be a problem should it?

3. 3/5Chat AI is Aweful!

   This is my 4th time trying to write this review and getting kicked out in process. The app chat is AI based and only gives a handful of options to choose from. It will not let you write questions and responses to its questions. If you happen to word your request just right to where AI "offers” to have a rep call you, you have to provide your phone number in the non-encrypted chat. If you are able to get the rep via chat, you might get kicked out while you were trying to follow the reps instructions like I was. I could not find the chat to return & respond to my rep after trying the instructions, which ended up being very different from what I found to finally solve my order printing problem. I used to be able to print my order with a lot less steps in the app and I have to now. A few minutes later I found the chat option in my notifications, but it did not let me return to or see my rep chat. The app says they hold chats for 24 hours and this is a lie! This AI chat is a disservice and takes jobs away from real people. The app does not give an email or customer number to call, which companies used to do. This is a disservice. AI is unnecessarily complicating the help section and preventing companies from taking responsibility for helping their customers, especially when using AI "customer help". It took me in circles and could not answer the questions I needed help with.

4. 3/5Major Missing Piece

   The messages came saying I could get virtually real-time info on when deliveries were coming, but only in the app. So I decided to try. BUT, there isn’t even a shortcut or option offered to view Orders. They bury you in ads for anything you have ever looked at in your life, but no way to view your Orders. That is one of the main things IMMEDIATELY available on the website, but you can’t get it without asking for it. It isn’t on any menu or on other icon offered. So, I’m not sure how you are supposed to get the real-time info on your deliveries, since your orders aren’t available easily in the app. I have yet to find anything the app does better than the website. They could EASILY fix this, but new sales is more important that customer satisfaction or delivering the support they said was available it seems. So I have downloaded an app I am not avoiding because it doesn’t offer what they advertised. Personally, I think customers should be able to create shortcuts for the features they want and add them to the app. Heaven help me if I want to find my Lists or look at my device settings associated with Kindle. Again, quick to find on the website, haven’t seen anything like that in the app. The app buries the things you may want, other than shopping for something new. To heck with getting info on what you have ordered. I will give them a little time to see if they have any interest in customer feedback, but right now I am inclined to delete the app, it does NOTHING better than the web site. Well, frustrate you. It does that.

5. 2/5What happened my orders and now other problems

   This is an edit and an important feature is missing for a while, when you click on your orders you use to be able to see preparing for shipping and not shipped yet and system now also delivered. This was a much better layout then having to click your order then go to details to then only see what you could of by just clicking your orders. I knew from the beginning that the iPhone app differ slightly from the desktop website, it never bothered me that much until it affected my orders section on the iPhone app. Instead of just clicking once to see the order details I now have to click twice to get to the same place, even when just screening the my orders page is such a pain as it offers no details only when the item is suppose to ship or arrive. I would like to know where the my orders with more detail is. Well it seems now that when you delete the app and reinstall and sign in the my order page with more detail comes back, for how long I don't know. This unweary randomness is really annoying, each time you sign in its basically a roll of the dice the way the layout of your orders page will be viewed. I have an addition to this review the search function on the iPhone X in the order history has a real problem when trying to use it doesn’t work until you hit it multiple times then it’s a hit or miss if it stays or goes depending on how fast you hit search. One more thing to add is the list function where you save items on your lists is so glitchy to use it not even worth it until I get onto a pc to look at my lists.

   NOTHING but problems.. Unreliable at best. Most orders show up late or not at all. Most of the packages show up with no packing material or an insignificant amount. (gallon of liquid in same box as plastic plumbing tool w/ no packing) I have delivery drivers on camera throwing packages. Delivery instructions followed maybe 1 out of 10 times. Customer service WAS good but is now AI which is USELESS. Absolute worst around!Good luck getting ahold of a human. Steady decline all around. Their loss!!!

   Update: Now I have to use a stupid AI just to search and hate Amazon. Walmart plus you say? Disabling the ability to search reviews and questions while forcing us to use some half baked AI is the most infuriating decision Amazon has ever made. You guys suck.
