1. 5/5Best Tracker by Far!

   I’ve just had to add to my original positive feedback. While nothing in life is perfect, this app is pretty close. I can’t think of anything that doesn’t work right. Sometimes shippers are slow to update, but that’s on the shipper, not the app. It even tracks most of the mainstream shippers from overseas. Almost every time FedEx sends me a notification that my package is delayed. Follows by a message that it’s on the way. You won’t get that type of thing from this app. Just as close to perfect as I’ve seen. Developers, thank you for giving us such a great app. I’ll have to say, sometimes the UPS or FedEx tracking apps are a little more accurate, or should I say rarely. But to say the above, at least weekly and usually multiple days per week, UPS, FedEx, and the USPS apps and websites are down and not working at all. After ship has been the most consistent, most accurate ways of tracking the above as well as multiple shipping companies from China, Japan, the UK, and Australia. It just works, it’s more detailed than most of the others and unlike many of its competitors on the App Store and Google Play, it’s completely free. And if it has ads, I haven’t seen any at all. IT JUST WORKS!!! Thanks for a great free app!!!

2. 5/5Good app; pulls together useful info into a cohesive easy to understand & user friendly presentation

   This is a great app for getting timely updates on international and other packages. I have been impressed with it being able to display info other apps and sites seemed to only have pieces of data about. Now, this app combines that data into an easier to understand and follow, more complete history of the package. The package in question was a Post NL sent one from Spain that went through The Hague, Netherlands to LA, California US on its route to me. I found other tracking sites including Post NL’s own had unclear indications where the package was at times; the shipper had given three (different than post NL) tracking sites but none of them seem as comprehensive as this app, which seems to compile the best and most up to date info in one place and even provides a map / visual aid of the package in transit which helps the info presented make more sense. I haven’t been bothered with obtrusive ads (that I’ve yet seen anyway) or nags. It puts notifications on the phone as the package makes progress, but again they are not obtrusive; just the right amount of updates to let me know there’s an progress to report about the package. I’m excited about using this app and it makes international shipping / receiving seem a lot less intimidating.

   After downloading and deleting a dozen of package tracking apps, this one has made me the most happy. With other apps you have to pay anywhere from 1$ to 6$ a WEEK to track YOUR package on their bootleg app. Aftership is an amazing app to track with. It not only tells you the progress of your package, but also shows you where it is on the map, AND lets you label your packages as you go. I have 9 coming in the mail sent to me by family. And it’s super helpful to know what is coming and what has already arrived. Instead of having to play “what is coming next?” Incase something goes wrong with one of the packages I don’t have to look in my emails and play number match to figure out which package it is that is having problems. I rate this app 10/10. They also don’t limit how many packages you can track like other apps. It’s completely free and super convenient! This app puts all those others to shame. I am so pleased that I decided to come on here and write a good review about them because of how tired I am for looking at other apps just to have to delete them after they limit how many I can put, or ask me for 6$ to track something I already paid money for. Again this app is 10/10 in my book. Thank you aftership for making my life easier ❤️ I also forgot to add, unlike other apps it also figures out what carrier your package is going through all on its own. I have had to put 2 out of the 9 that I have. It’s just super convenient! I absolutely love this app

4. 5/5Always Excellent Service!

   When I see delivery folks, I really appreciate their kindness. I’m quite ill and your carriers are excellent. I have had some extra chest pain and compensate with tight chest vest. I tell someone and they bring my packages inside. I don’t want my carriers upset. They may leave my packages wherever convenient for them. I have very long driveway. When I am outside, I tell any carrier that they may pull into my driveway all the way if they want . I live on dead end street wit is over crowded with so many vehicles parked wrong. I have given my permission to all delivery folks to come into my yard even to help them deliver other’s packages. I want to provide these great folks any opportunity to handle this overcrowded dead end that was caused by lots being divided. I will not divide my lot and f driving in helps them , that can be my part . I get notice and a care taker can fetch packages anywhere. So, use my lot and long driveway. Pull on in to help your job. You may pull on in and carry out delivery of others packages. Please just don’t hand neighbors my stuff. They are not kind to this very old sick woman. That will not stop my caring about your job done as easily as I can help out . Thank you so much! Angela N Brunson and my son, Barney R Howard.

5. 5/5Loving it!!!!! UPDATE: Still loving it!!!!

   **UPDATE: I’ve now had this app for a very long time. I use it not just for medical supplies but for everything since COVID-19. And I am beyond pleased with this app! You will not regret using it!** I haven’t had this app long. But I receive packages from multiple carriers due to medical supplies. And this truly eliminates the need for all the carrier apps, and allows me to track all in one. Sometimes I can get more info off the carrier app or website, but mostly I get more info off of THIS app! I’m loving it so far and recommend at least trying it out. If you get a lot of deliveries, it will absolutely help out a lot! Thank you AfterShip! You save me so much time and hassle! And your app is very user friendly :-) Just an updated after having after a few shipments. This is been amazing! I get to see some of the smaller stops that USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc... do not show me. And it’s nice to know when I haven’t had an updated from the carrier, that package is still moving. I guess it depends on your need for this. With medical supplies always coming, me ordering everything online right now (constant shopping 🛍 in quarantine lol 😂🤦🏻‍♀️) for me and my family... we have a lot of packages. So this is extremely helpful. If you don’t get packages often I guess you wouldn’t really need this all that much. But either way it’s free and it’s helpful!!
