"title": "What’s the point of an app that doesn’t tell you anything?",
"body": "I was on a flight from Venice to Athens. The flight was delayed, but I only found out from airport monitors because I got no notice whatsoever from the app. The app kept showing the flight as on time all the way up to the original departure time. And since there is no way to know if the information on the app is updated, I had to keep force closing, but to no use. Only 15 minutes AFTER the original departure time do I get an email, but it only said the flight was delayed (duh), and there was no estimated time of departure or gate information. Useless!",

"body": "Checked in before the flight and were assigned seats, both right next to one another, only to find out the Athens airport wouldn’t allow access through the boarding and security area without check in wth the attendant. The app does not communicate with united to check in online, therefore it is useless. You’re required to go to the desk to check in, and wait in line for no reason, where they charge you 6 euro a seat for seats that were already assigned. Typical airline price gouging that tries to separate families from sitting together so they can make extra money.",

"body": "App has been fine for flying. But I would book online vs the app. I swear I picked the correct flight but right after rebooking, it showed a different time. I called immediately but still had to pay an additional 23 euro fee even though I paid the 70 euro change fee 10 minutes ago. Because of hitting the wrong button in the app and trying to change it 5 minutes later? Lame policy to charge a customer at all within 10 minutes of a UI mistake.",

"body": "The app doesn’t allow me to log in with my email because it says that there’s no account linked to it. Then I try to create an account and it doesn’t let me because it says that there’s already an account with my email. Then when I just try to find my trip as a guest, it cannot find it. The drop-downs menus don’t work, you pick a country and it selects another one. Terrible app.",
