   We’ve been using ADP RUN for the past nine years, and we can’t say enough about how helpful it has been. As small business owners, we started our company from the ground up and needed an easy way to set up our payroll and other essential operations. Running payroll with ADP has always been simple and efficient. ADP RUN is an excellent solution for anyone starting a new business, making payroll easy to manage so you can focus on growing your company.

   My previous employers used ADP Payroll, and I never had any issues. However, as an Employer and paying a significant amount more with this company I expected more on the welcoming process. Times are changing, but printed material is always good to have for reference. Being instructed to print things off just doesn’t sit right with me, and I think it should be an available option at ADP for the new customers “employers” to request printed material be sent out. Also, I absolutely think that the ADP Run App would be great—- if ADP would allow the Employers to do more on the app, and not require so many things to have to be updated by using a computer only. I stay extremely busy in the field, and I do not prefer to carry my laptop around in the car with me, just for safety/security reasons.

   Unfortunately it completely does not work for my case. I have 3 companies that I need to switch between, and when I sign in it asks me to choose one of the 3 companies, then when I do it asks me to sign in again, but once I sign in again I'm right back to choosing one of the companies. It's an endless loop. So I try to go into a browser to log in, and alas, as soon as you try to sign in on a mobile browser, it automatically transports you to the App Store and wants you to download their app that doesn't work! Wow. Completely useless to me until this issue is fixed. I'm sure it will be a 5 star app when this issue is resolved, but unfortunately due to the circumstances I am going with 1 star since I literally can't to anything until I'm sitting at a PC.
