   Overall the app works well I save at least $20 a month playing games. Sometimes the games work fine and it registers that you downloaded and played and sometimes it sometimes it doesn’t. If I download a game and go into the game and after I played the first level I immediately go back to the add it up to see if it registers that I downloaded and played sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t .. if it doesn’t I immediately DELETE the game off my phone

2. 1/5Not receiving points

   I used to love this app, I barely had problems when I was using my google phone to get points. Now my phone isn’t compatible with the ad it up app. So I downloaded it on my iPhone and since I did that , I’ve had nothing but problems with the app. I’m not getting any points for anything of the new games I downloaded and installed, nothing. Now I’m wasting my time. The apps that did not give me the points I deserve are Domino dreams,word nut, drive escape, bingo blitz and Ava’s manor. And all ad it up had to say, it’s not their fault, it’s the 3rd party’s fault for not excepting my progress. They can’t do anything about it, it’s out of “their control “. I’m going to try a few more games to see if they are rejecting all my games. When it did work, I was able to get $20 off… this is pretty disappointing. In the past I would’ve rated ad it up , 4stars due to how long it took to get a credit.

3. 1/5Not worth it, horrible customer service

   I downloaded this app on the 23rd. Started my first task that same day. I pressed the “play now” button, it took me to the app store, i downloaded the game and opened it, allowed tracking and notifications, I completed challenges for the game’s requirements but this app is not tracking my progress. Today May 27th, I downloaded another game, did the same exact process as I did with the previous game and Ad It Up is still not tracking my progress. I’m wasting time and losing coins because Ad It Up’s system and customer service is horrible and they aren’t trying to help at all. Edit: i never got a valid response from them when I emailed them 3 times. They just said that if the “provider of the app thinks I didn’t complete the offer the correct way, then I did not complete the offer” and there is nothing they can do. Don’t bother wasting your time.

4. 2/5Its our points and we want them now

   If you miss points being rewarded, don’t waste your time reaching out for help.. they won’t. Its basically, be grateful for the points given to you and shut up about the rest. Prompts you to spend money for some bigger coins but doesnt give the coins. Don’t waste your time Ad It Up leaving the same robot automated response has you have done everyone else. I could tell you how to improve until im blue in the face and your company will still say”oh im sorry, our sponsor doesn’t wanna pay out the points and thats final”. Well, there is always something in the background of the gaming commission, BBB or some kinda rules that im sure arent being followed somewhere in your company. When the right person finds those broken rules, I guess we will all get our coins then🤷🏾‍♀️

5. 1/5Ad It Up…Lies

   Do not download this app because you’ll never be rewarded for your gameplay. I’ve sent over several messages to support and every time I hit a goal I have to send over screenshots to prove what level I’m on when the app is supposed to be tracking my progress but it never does. The last time I contacted support they told me that I should consider downloading a different game and I guess to just give up playing the current game that I’m progressing on. It doesn’t make any sense for me to lose all of my progress and potential points because they’ve failed to integrate this within this app! Who wants to start all over playing a new game just to find out that you probably won’t even get rewarded? What is support there for? When they barely want to help you. I’m uninstalling because it’s not worth the headache, lies, and time!
