1/5“It’s not a feature, it’s a bug”
This is the absolute worst app to use and being commissioned in the field, this app specifically has taken money out of my pocket by making everything take longer, booting out my invoices multiple times, not able to keep price changes, not able to download calls or keep anything on my device to be faster, takes forever to load, takes forever to use, frequently experiences errors for every “feature”. If you push this on your company, be prepared to spend hundreds of thousands to get it mostly working but never working fully. Acumatica is the premier “early access” software for cloud based solutions, that is to say, it’s a gamble on if it works that day or not. We even had the joy of having the entire server go on maintenance during a standard work day. Choose Oracle

5/5Keeps getting better
Now you can easily display Dashboards on the app. All the dashboards created in Acumatica can now be accessed and displayed in the iPhone app as easy as checking a box on the dashboard to enable visibility in the app. Acumatica is updating the software twice a year with new releases. Every release gives us new features to use and gain better insight on making sound decisions for the direction our company needs to go. Keep up the great work!

Can’t save my time in app. Error message comes up every time. Admin says use the browser. I guess the app doesn’t work? Can’t locate employee log in from main website. Have to ask for the secret address in order to sign in as an employee. Can’t use my phone on the browser. Tethered to a computer. This is homework after school. Regardless of whether Admin or I are doing something incorrectly (and I am doing exactly what had worked two pay periods ago), software should prevent this situation, or at a minimum describe in a pop-up what is wrong and how to fix it, because if the users can’t fix it they’re probably more likely to give a bad review.

5/5Excellent for expense claims submissions and approvals
Having the ability to upload receipts right from my phone saves me time. It also means I don’t have to come back from a trip or an event and spend time scanning them in. I also like the fast approval request notification to stay on top of getting payment out in a timely manner and it won’t be lost in my email.

I’ve been in B2B sales for 10+ years and used a variety of tools. This App is outstanding for managing my tasks and checking contact and account activity. From an org level it’s great that the rest of our team can access the different modules of our ops software. 10/10! Takes a moment to load the first time I load it after a weekend or a few days of not using it. Universal search great!

Have to ask for the secret address in order to sign in as an employee. Can’t use my phone on the browser. Tethered to a computer. This is homework after school. Regardless of whether Admin or I are doing something incorrectly (and I am doing exactly what had worked two pay periods ago), software should prevent this situation, or at a minimum describe in a pop-up what is wrong and how to fix it, because if the users can’t fix it they’re probably more likely to give a bad review.",
