I love this app. It’s so fun and easy to use and has truly helped me make outfits from my own clothes and inspired me to wear more of my things in different ways. I understand this app is still in development and have one complaint and one suggestion on how I’d like to see the app improved. My complaint: my favorite feature, the “try this outfit today” outfit suggestion feature never works for me anymore. It always displays as an error message that the server is not responding. I’ve checked my end and I am connected to the internet, so I’m not sure why this is happening. My suggestion: I’d love to see a feature that shows a random outfit from the outfit section that I’ve already made and approved. Preferably by category like “show me a random casual outfit” so I don’t have to scroll through my outfits and choose one - I can just wear what the app picks out forms me. I still love the weather suggestions for ideas but would love to not have to search through my outfits category every day. Overall still a great app that I highly recommend. UPDATE: Updating to say my issue with the “try this outfit today” feature was solved with an update! I’d also like to reiterate how convenient it would be for a similar feature within the closet to show a random outfit from a category of your made closet outfits so you don’t have to scroll through all your outfits. I have over 10,000 outfits made and it can be tedious searching through that many outfits and I feel like many of my earlier made outfits get lost at the bottom.

4/5Best free app I’ve found
I like that I can easily add my whole wardrobe and create different closets/capsules and put together and save my own outfits. I like that you automatically remove backgrounds from photos and the layouts look stylish. I like all the preloaded clothes though I wish they could be searched instead of just filtered. I wish the outfit suggestions worked better for me. If I don’t include outerwear, there are no suggestions. I don’t need you to suggest outerwear. I work at home and don’t wear a coat every day despite the cold temps outside. If I do pop outside a minute, I can easily choose my own coat. You should be able to suggest winter sweaters and long pants for inside when the temps are cold without having to have outerwear and accessories in there. Also, why do you keep suggesting my backpack which I rarely use and not my shoulder bag which I use daily? I don’t really need my bag in the suggestions, but I’m just curious. I should also be able to choose the closet from which suggestions are made. Also should be able to edit and more easily delete planned outfits of the day if I change my mind. Sometimes a bit glitchy when trying to add clothes—no network available or just won’t save. Otherwise, thanks for a great app.

5/5The best closet app out there
I’ve tested quite a few closet apps. I used to use Stylebook which was fine but did not do outfit recommendations and the editing was terrible. Cladwell probably has better recommendations but their background editing is also terrible (and it’s subscription based so no thanks!). I will not mention the ones that don’t even come close to these three. Acloset is the best. The photo editing is amazing. The background removal works so well and you can manually edit as well. And I allllways need to reduce the warmth of my photos because my bedroom light is pretty yellow. This feature being built in to the app is so nice. I also love that you can assign so many details to each piece of clothing without going overkill. The hashtags are also so nice! I sew some of my clothes so I like associating the pattern name with the clothing item. The suggestions are nice but sometimes kinda wonky. Where Cladwell does this better is letting you dismiss or reject a suggestion and then NEVER seeing it again. This would be an awesome feature to have in Acloset. I know this would be a big change, however if you charged a 1 time fee or a low subscription to be able to store our rejected suggestions and improve the algorithm, I would gladly pay that!

Of all AI closet apps this one by far meets most of my needs. I could only do 4 stars since I feel that it needs a few things to make it perfect. I do love the outfits suggestions according to weather as that’s what I need since I have hundreds of items but I do not know how to pair them and end up buying more clothes. 🙃 I love the latest update where stores could be search for the items already purchased! Big 10! unfortunately it stops working if you have the app for the brand/store needed. I do wish that the under outfit suggestion, it would ask you on a prompt what’s the occasion so it can best suit individual needs. Such as home, lounge, errands, date, bar, party etc. Also, I wish there were more specific type of clothing items like for example “Maxi dress: (option) sleeveless, long sleeve, short sleeve. Or Slip on dress. As well as different options for bottoms with different options of styles like jumpsuit, coveralls catsuit (options) sleeves, long sleeve etc. another thing that would make this a perfect app would be if the AI gather the details information of the clothes when uploading from a website. As I said this is by far the best closet app but it does need a few improvements 💕

5/5Love it - a few improvements needed
I love the app. I have a lot of clothes. A LOT. I currently have 557 pieces logged into the app. The app helps me actually wear the clothes (rather than the same few pieces over and over). It also helps me wear things in different ways for different looks. I like the features to see what you wear most (assuming you log outfit of the day) and that has helped me get rid of some pieces that I wasn’t using. It does take work (as with any app) to upload all your clothes. Once you have the clothes uploaded you’re good to go. The background removal feature is nice. There’s also the option to make multiple closets (summer, winter, formal, etc.). It’s easy to make outfit ideas and I love the outfit of the day planner that links to your local weather. I plan my work outfits one to two weeks ahead and it saves me so much time every day. The AI suggestions are just OK - you have to train it a bit as it comes up with strange suggestions like a turtleneck sweater with a sweater dress. It would be better with some small fixes. Some more categories could help. For example the only sub category for sweaters is pullover. It needs a sub category for cardigans. Presently cardigans are a sub category of outerwear which isn’t helpful for the AI suggestions. Makes too many mismatches. For example it sees a cardigan as outerwear so it pairs it with too many heavy clothes. There is a category under tops for cardigans but if you put cardigans sweaters here then it will match them with pullover sweaters because it’s seeing them as a shirt/top and not a sweater. Another suggestion is to add the ability to group outfits (not just individual pieces) into a closet or some other way. I have put together 292 outfits ideas in the app. So I have to scroll through them all to find them. If I could make a collection of spring outfits or work from home outfits that would be great.
