1. 5/5Charging more for ordering

   If anyone hasn’t noticed on their statement yet I would take a look. When I downloaded the app and decided to skip the line and order via the app it wasn’t until after I paid that I noticed they’re charging you more to do that which seems to me like it’s an extra tax due to the covid pandemic. I love 7 leaves but what’s the point of using the app to skip the line if they’re just going to take advantage and charge us more for the same drinks. Also if you didn’t notice the sizes for the drinks only start with regular and to get an actual large they charge you an “upsize” fee which is odd. I feel like large should also be an option without the upsize fee..

   As of August 2024, the app looks easy to navigate and it was easy for me to look up locations near me based on where I am. However, I wish that payment options included PayPal, as Apple Pay is giving me a difficult time to add my credit card there, and adding my credit card info directly onto the app feels unsafe in the long term, given the more I spread my info onto more apps, the more likely I will suffer in a data breach. I'd rather have specialized and limited amounts of apps store and be responsible with my information as much as possible. I also wish there was a feature that allowed you to scan your receipts, in case a cashier hasn't asked for you to scan for points and/or you forgot to ask as well. Fetch does scanning printed receipts pretty well, and I think it serves as a good template. Other than that I don't have any other complaints; I haven't found a tea I really like yet but that's more on my end.

   I haven’t noticed an increase in your prices if you use their app… However, every time you use an app for delivery or pick up, does not with the company they charge you with me to the convenience of it of course if you’re at the store already you’re gonna go to the store or at least put the barcode and get credit for point… But charge for an app size everywhere charges you to increase the size it’s not probably Valon that’s all I’m going to say that because they’re not I believe out to get anybody for their money and your product is a very good product delivered. Cost a lot more .

4. 2/5Great drinks bad app

   I visit 7 Leaves on a regular basis. I love the drinks and rewards program, but what I HATE is the app glitches SO much!! I’m hoping my review will encourage them to fix it because it’s honestly really bad. This review is not to discourage anyone from trying 7 Leaves or their rewards program. I can’t even tell you how many times things disappear off the app menu for no reason. Then I’ll go in person and they aren’t even out of that drink or topping!? I’m writing this review now because I have enough leaves to get a free drink but I can’t because the matcha soy I typically order is no where to be found on the app today. It will magically reappear at some point. I wish I could at least use my leaves in person but they don’t allow that. You have to use them and order via the app. It’s honestly ridiculous. Please fix the app!

5. 5/5App is unhelpful /lost points

   It’s so frustrating using this app that has been update a 1,000 and one times! I recently got a new phone and had saved up enough points for 3 drinks. When I downloaded the app on the new phone my points was at zero! I only used one email for the app on my old phone and still nothing. There is no information listed on how to contact for customer service or help. All I want are the points that I have earned and spent money on to earn.
