   I made a Zumiez account a few years ago then forgot the password. For years, I have been getting these annoying emails every single day from you guys and I can’t stop them because I don’t know my password! I know that my account is linked to this email but every time I try to guess the password or do a FaceID option, it says, ‘Cannot get stashID from UserDefaults!’. What does that even mean? It says that for FaceID and password. I have Zumies blocked on my email but they still show up. I would really appreciate if you would help me get back into my account because the every single day emails are super annoying.

2. 2/5Unable to Reset Password

   I’ve tried every password I have ever had to log back into my account that i was somehow logged out of and was continuously told that my password was incorrect. I’ve selected to reset my password several times within the app and never got a single email to reset it. I thought maybe i’d try to reset it through the website directly but even then I received an error pop up. Then i thought maybe i could just create a new account with a different email but it wouldn’t allow me since my phone number is already connected to another account (the one i seemingly cannot get into). This is too much trouble just to get logged in and its disappointing to me as now I don’t want to purchase anything with zumiez knowing I can’t earn points or use any of the points that were in my account that i’ve been locked out of for no reason. Both the app/website and account system needs an update.

3. 1/5Good brand, TERRIBLE app

   Zumies is a good brand in terms of the store. If I were rating the actual store I would probably give at least 4 stars, but Zumies online is not representative of that at all. I forgot my password and had a link sent to my email which I seemingly didn’t receive (granted that could’ve been my email’s fault). However I had another link sent, and when I finally got to the page to reset my password, it told me the link had expired (that link was sent less than 5 minutes beforehand). Okay, that’s a tad bit ridiculous but I’ll request another email to reset my password. Then it tells me that I’ve made the maximum amount of password reset requests, and now I’m basically being told that there’s no way to log onto my account. In all fairness, I can’t rate the actual usability of the app because I can’t even use the app. What I can say though is that shopping through Zumies is NOT worth the frustration of just trying to log into my account.

   Ight, I’m ngl, it’s a bit hard to understand/navigate at the beginning but it’ll make sense eventually. You can use points on this app to buy things and they are really easy to earn. You can get points just for visiting zumiez. I like it a lot bc hey who doesn’t like free stuff? Issa good app if you shop here frequently. During quarantine, they put out some questionnaires to check up on their customers and even have points for completing it. Sometime this week they put out a number for the lgbt community to call and give feedback on about the skating community and share experiences, for pride month I’m assuming, which was really nice. They care abt their customers, and give back to the community. Employees are always very nice and pretty chill.

   I’m starting to get a little irritated with the fact that I’m at the ‘Legend’ level but never see upcoming items, let alone get a notification when new stuff is available. I’ve un/reinstalled several times and I’m definitely on the latest update, (though this has been a problem for about a year). I’ve left feedback whenever a survey or something’s been put up in-app or online, but I guess either not many others have this issue or it just hasn’t been addressed for whatever reason. Tbh im just tired of seeing every single good thing sold out before I even know what’s dropping and just sitting on 120,000+ seemingly useless points that I’ve earned and saved from my years of choosing Zumiez to buy my decks, ,hardware, and clothes; and tires of feeling lied to about getting to see upcoming drops.
