1. 4/5Fantastic service thus far

   I’ve only been using Zepto for about a week. However, I’ve found that Zepto is—in general—considerably faster and more efficient than its competitors. If I order Red Bull or cold drinks from another service, they usually arrive lukewarm. However, Zepto delivers such products already chilled. While Zepto does have lower prices than some other platforms, these are countered by their service fee. Nonetheless, and with all else equal, I’ve found Zepto more reliable and user-friendly.

2. 2/5Delayed deliveries

   During peak times it is often experienced that deliveries take over 40 minutes. It’s also shows misleading estimated delivery time of 20 minutes while placing the order. Again, another misinformation shown on the app is the notification that the delivery person has arrived at the gate. We do not live in a gated community and yet it takes over 5-7 minutes from getting this notification to actually getting the order delivered. It takes less than half a minute to get from the gate to the residence. Wish the app adds more transparency to its operations.

3. 2/5Doesn’t work for international numbers

   It’s really annoying that these apps don’t let you place an order with international phone numbers. In this day and age when almost all major global carriers support international roaming, i can’t believe these apps have such stupid restrictions. Moreover, apps like swiggy and zomato lets you easily register with International numbers by sending the otp through WhatsApp. So the technology already exists if only the app developers could be a bit more mindful about their user-base.

4. 1/5Not customer-centric, forget your refunds

   Within my close circle, I have heard multiple instances of canceled orders where the money was deducted but the refund never really arrives. Like many have mentioned here, there is no customer support number to contact. The chat option is also strategically hidden. I had a cancelled order where the money was deducted and I got a text saying that the refund was issued but the refund never arrived. After ten days, when I contacted them over chat, they asked me to give proofs of order over email. After I sent, they just said I need to check with my bank about refund💁🏻‍♂️. Such a scam.

   First of all there is not customer support number to call and you only have the option to chat with them. Second - I wanted to return the product as the quality was bad so I started the process to initiate the return but there was no option to refund the amount to my bank account and they were offering zepto cash which I don't want. I don't use zepto much. It was something urgent that I needed so I used zepto to order. They didn't initiated my return until I accepted zepto money (forcefully) and when they finally initiated my refund they refused to transfer the refund amount to my bank account and abruptly closed the conversation stating that they won't help me at all. Basically they took back the product and the money with them. I don't use zepto much so the money will be kept and once the time period is expired my money will be gone. I was forced to accept Zepto Cash. Poor platform and even poor customer support.

   This is worst app for fast delivery, As they assured for delivery within 7 to 10 min but time lapse to hours and their estimated time is still 2,3 minute. This is Baba Adam time delivery time app in this era. Totally worst experience.👎👎👎

   শাকসবজি এবং ফল সম্পূর্ণ পচা ও ব্যবহারের অযোগ্য অবস্থায় ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হচ্ছে। কোনো return or exchange dichena. Vegetables and fruits are being delivered in a completely rotten and unusable condition.
